Great customer service, met our needs & Omar at Loughborough really looked after us.

We were served by Pete at the Loughborough store. I cannot express how lovely and helpful he was. We felt extremely comfortable with his service. He is an asset to the company! Thank you.

Most welcoming was our first impression on arrival.
We explained what we wanted and Amos told how to use the store.
We were so happy we did purchase a suite of furniture.

As soon as we entered the shop we felt welcome and put at ease by the sales person.
Who was very informative, friendly and approachable. Looking around at our own pace and when we needed help we soon got some attention.
Leaving us to come and have a look on another day.

Oliver was an amazing salesman, he asked us what we were looking for and as we were after a specific size he knew exactly what to offer us. His customer service was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The young lady that served my husband and I (think her name was Danni, sorry not sure) was most helpful and answered our questions in a professional Manner. We did have a slight problem with the system not working correctly but happy with my new furniture. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

Your company should have set up the sofa and chair bed instead of leaving me to do it. I'm unable to move or tip over the chair bed onto its feet.

Customer service poor
Takes months for repairs to be done. I am still waiting and i place the order in 2025 (October). The item cost thousands and the quality was a 4/10 as they left it in wet storage conditions against a hard surface.

The new owner is selling poor quality leather. It arrived like seconds NOT new. You would get better buying from display in store. Dont get robbed like I did.

A man that i booked an appointment with that SCS booked could not carry out the repairs on the day because he said it was too heavy for him alone to move.

Good information and choices

Everything ran smoothly from going in the shop to choose my suite, till the day it was installed. It arrived on the day and time we arranged ,i was happy with the experiance.

All staff extremely helpful and had all the answers, large range and choice of chairs and in the material that I wanted

From the my wife and I walked in we were greeted and welcomed by staff . There was no pressure on buying furtiniture. The whole experience the paperwork completed and making payment was really straight forward. The lady dealing with our sale was professional throughout the process.
We were recommended my daughter who also had a pleasent exerience apart from getting a parking ticket as the form filling took some time to complete.

When ordering a sofa and waiting four months for delivery, the excitement of delivery is great! UNTIL, the 2 drivers turn up in Nike Air max and tracksuits (no formal workwear or van to represent the compnay) This aside, I was excited to finally expect delivery. One guy was pleasant and a little talkative yet the other quite clearly just wanted to get and get gone. They put the sofa together in about 30 minutes, I did point out that a screw was on the floor still to be fitted. I was then advised that they were missing a lead to connect the reclining ends. As they were in a rental they had no spares. I then noticed 2 marks, one was a full scratch and the other was a general mark. Unsure if these were caused upon unpacking as they unpacked on the path . The polite one said he will report it ( which he did)They could not walk out of the door quick enough . I really do not feel these two individuals represented SCS in a great light. The Customer service starts from when you walk into a store right through to delivery. The Loughborough store's service was fantatsic, helpful, informative, patient and polite (and are dealing with the damage issues currently) Yet these 2 clowns in my opinion could seriously do with some training on customer service and put into a uniform!

The furniture is lovely but regrettably i had to leave the store as i suffer from COPD and there was an overwhelming aroma of air freshener. I had to send the wife in to purchase our 3 seater with recliner. The manager came to our car to see if i was ok,which i thought was very thoughtful. Excellent furniture but please get rid of the aroma!!
