The delivery of my satee was superb. The satee was delivered at the specified time. The men where polite and put the satee together quickly and tool all the packaging away

Arrived the day it should both delivery men were carful and took all packaging away with them.

The two men who delivered our furniture were very very professional, helpful,happy and took all packaging away.
The only problem was the system, we got a message that said the furniture would be delivered 10.50 -11.20. That continued until around 2pm when we got a call to say they would be with us in about half hour.
Up to that phone call nothing on the tracking changed. We are both nearly 80 and my husband was getting very anxious and wanting me to phone all the time. Is there no way to keep tracking up to date with what is happening. Thankyou

Lovely suite but not shown how to operate recliners on battery

In store we had a really friendly experience, places like this usually feel very high pressured and like you’re being watched/followed but this was extremely relaxing. The gentleman that served us was at hand if needed but respected our space as we browsed. The delivery crew were fab, they rang ahead and when they arrived they were extremely respectful of our home while being really warm and a good laugh as they set up our furniture then clearly explained everything before leaving. Wonderful experience all round :)

Great experience in store , lady very Approachable, friendly and helpful only thing that spoilt the experience were delivery men rather unfriendly and stand offish which sort of took the polish off it .

Very poor delivery service. Bought a sofa. Was told it would come at 11am but then due to some error it was rescheduled for 5:30pm same day. Half an hour before the delivery i get a message saying it has been cancelled. The next earliest booking is in 2 week time. Nice sofas but poor delivery and customer support.

We were greeted as we entered the store, John looked after us at your birstol store near Leeds, the service was excellent, and I got what I wanted through his guidance!

He accommodated us well in the store with respect to our opinion. Treating us well fairly. As we entered the store, some of them looking only on us but this guy asking us and welcomed us. His name is Emmanuel.

Excellent service from Poltronesofa delivery team. Jonny and Liam delivered and assembled the sofa and chair with ease and was very respectful of my property while doing so. Great communication too, letting me know they were on their way well before they arrived.

In store display and advice given was excellent. Honest information re delivery times appreciated and arrived in good order on time with great comms from the team.

The gentleman who initially sold me the sofa was amazing - I can’t fault the customer service in store. He was lovely, professional and very helpful.

Unfortunately, the sofa was delivered with two scuff marks on two different parts.

The drivers also said one section would not fit through the door (it would) and that they would have to take it out of the packaging which would void the warranty plan I had taken out or that we would have to pay £150 per part to have it taken back and broken down into more pieces (three pieces in total).

My partner ended up having to bring the biggest piece in with him because the drivers were refusing to do so.

For context, my mum has a sofa from SCS (a two seater and a three seater part). Her door frame is much smaller and the two seater sofa is much bigger than one section of ours. Hers got through her door perfectly fine.

We also ordered our sofa in a stain-resistant fabric however after spilling some water on the fabric, this has left a mark on the sofa despite using the cleaning kit provided, it still won’t come out. I don’t know if we received the wrong fabric but it’s ridiculous to describe something as stain-resistant when water has caused a mark.

Again, my mum has the same fabric just in a different colour and hasn’t had this happen with hers so I’m unsure if this is an issue with the fabric being incorrect or that particular colour.

Extremely disappointing so far given the cost.

Excellent service

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star is because the manager promised to call me that afternoon as he was trying to secure an earlier delivery date for me but he never did so I'm still unsure when exactly my delivery will be!
