My wife and I visited SCS on Sunday afternoon and we were so impressed by the knowledge and service of the very highest standards given to us by the salesman MK , with so many sofa shops on this site service like this is stand out and is money in the bank for the company. Ayaz coped very well with dealing with all of our questions, great customer service, professional, patient and courteous. We were very impressed and are very grateful for all of the help we received. We would definitely come back for future purchases.

Ayaz couldn’t do enough to help us choose the perfect combination of sofas, chairs, footstools etc. We are really pleased with our choices and he moved things about, brought over different fabrics etc. to help make our decisions. He was very friendly and really helpful.

The 2 guys doing the delivery introduced themselves and checked the room they were going to put the furniture in. The worked quickly and efficiently and tidily. They checked everything worked correctly and were very patient and helpful when I kept asking them to move things around. They were very friendly and helpful.

Cameron sourced us a good deal and he was very knowledgeable he actually was at the Wakefield site but then came to the Birstall store where we met him again and he managed to close a deal with us.

Nabila at the Leeds store was really helpful, showing us different options which would suit the size and function we needed. She talked us through everything clearly from the fabric to finance and double checked everything was as we wanted. The sofa was expected in March but actually arrived early February which was great for us.
The delivery team, Mervyn and Tom (as the text told us) were friendly and efficient - even when they were required to carry the sofa around the back of the house and fit it through a fairly narrow door. We received a time slot in the morning and even though they were delayed we received a phone call to say when they were an hour away.
So far we are pleased with the quality and feel of the sofa bed, we hope it will stand the test of time but shall have to wait and see!

The sofa was delivered on time, as ordered and was assembled by the delivery guys. Fully informed of the time of delivery and regular updates given. Excellent service.

Do not pay them a deposit, promised a refund of our deposit which we paid a year ago. Even after calling at the store and being shown the refund request that the manager has processed. Now we have had to issue court proceedings in the small claims court. They now claim our contract isnt able to be cancelled, that’s not what the contract we have seen says. Thanks for the reply, the store dont answer and when i have called in to see them, they have shown me the deposit being requested from Head office, but it never arrives.

Please avoid this company.
Unfortunately after my 1st delivery things went downhill...our 2nd sofa and the large foot stool had to be returned due to so many problems that we encountered.
The quality of sofas absolutely shocking, problems with fitting inside the property.So many new delivery dates arranged and finally we end up with the damaged 2nd sofa. Endless amount of store visits, emails to SCS & finance company caused so much stress. Finally after so many weeks of stress we got our refund.
Now our sofa bed is showing signs of significant sagging after only 4 months of using. This indicates manufacturing issues and poor-quality & low-density foam. I am absolutely appalled .... never again!

I was kept informed about the time of the delivery. They arrived in that appointed time and were pleasant, polite and careful.

Scs have been bought out by a company called Polytronesofa. They are outsourcing products to be made in china. They use cheap inadequate materials. Check out the reviews on Facebook. Do not buy from here unless you expect your sofa to last less than 6 months with none existent aftercare!!!!

SCS are great until you give them your money then the trouble starts. No matter the issue they blame you. Check out all the complaint and support groups on Facebook, eye opening.
The sofas are made in china with cheap materials

The reply states this is the one on the order. I ordered the one that was in the showroom, this wwas an olive green velvet fabric and I confirmed that the colour and fabric I wanted was shown on the picture of the order form. The sofa that was delivered was a forest green fabric and not velvet at all !!!!!!!!!. Therefor the only explanation is that Saif the salespersin at the Leeds store wrote down tbe wrong order. I intend to take this up with the chief executive of Scs !!!!!!. The sofa does not match anything else in my room and I eould have never ordered it !!Saif even showed me a dark green sample and I stated that the only colour and fabric that I liked was the display one.
DO NOT BUY FROM SCS!!!!!!! The sofas were the wrong colour and fabric and delivery guy stated i should receive them so not to be left with no sofas and thT it would resolved.!! At first he said it was the lighting, until i showed him a photo i had taken in store. They insist its lighting when it clearly is differant !!!. I intend to continue my complaint and get the correct ones. Very traumatic and im told by staff there that it happens all the time. !!
