The men that delivered my chairs we're very helpful and polite

Sofas are very comfortable! The delivery came at the time allocated.The delivery men were very careful and tidy in getting the sofas into my property.
After assembly they explained in a friendly and engaging manner how everything worked!

From choosing to ordering and delivery it was faultless. Everything was as we expected in fact our sofa arrived ahead of expected delivery time.
Now we just have to see how the product holds up to daily life. Only having it one day we it’s too soon to judge quality. Come back in a year or two’s time for a better review.

Shop worker (originally from Paisley) was friendly and most helpful. She showed us straight to a sofabed which was exactly what we needed. We bought it there and then even though this was the first and only shop we had visited.

Fantastic service from visiting the store to delivery of furniture.

Whole process was good, received regular updates and tracking info, crew called when a few minutes away. Suite was unpacked, assembled and tested within an hour, guys were mindful of the flooring and careful not to damage anything, even took their shoes off to avoid marking the carpet.
Once completed all packaging was removed, highly recommended

Couch heating up when plugged in and 1 side cushion sagging

Bought 2 sofas and foot stool from the Kirkcaldy store and the transaction was seamless, from the assistant that helped us in the store to the delivery guys from Edinburgh who installed these and took away all the packaging, First Class!
