First class customer service in store today from both Aaron and Brian. I purchased a sofa and can’t wait until delivery day. Very helpful with helping me decide which colour and fabric to go with and couldn’t have asked for a better sofa buying experience. They arrived on time.
They brought our sofas into the house and built them, and placed them where we wanted them.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and very helpful

Initial delivery was unsuccessful but this re-delivery went without a hitch. Our second delivery team was both professional and courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing and took great care installing the two recliner sofas we’d ordered. We couldn’t have hoped for a better team!

Having perused a number of furniture establishments I reached SCS in Kirkcaldy. There I was guided and advised without undue pressure by Barry and other colleagues. The quality of the products on show was excellent and by comparison to like products from other stores was by and large superior. This was equally matched by price comparison.
The helpfulness afterwards in securing a time and date applicable to our needs was also exemplary.
I make no apology for heavy emphasis but this is deserved!

When me and my mum and step dad went in SCS we met the staff so friendly and very helpful we met Barrie such a great guy couldn’t do enough for us made everything so easy so it was a no brainer that they decided to go with what he was telling us great price great service cheers Barrie your a top bloke keep doing what your doing mate and thanks again. 🤙

When we entered the store Barry introduced himself and ensure we knew what we were looking for and if we needed help to let him know but let us browse ourselves afterwards. After a while we spoke to Barry again and talked to him about what we did/ didn't like and he reccomended couches to us which met our needs. We have been back and forward to the shop, checking fabric and colours and sizes and Barry has been helpful each time.

Unfortunately when the day came to order Barry was not in the shop, however, Tracey dealt with our order and was very helpful and informative.

Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend and return to SCS Kirkcaldy

We have been shopping for a few weeks now for and struggld to find what we wanted. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by Tracey who made the purchase smooth and simple. She gave us the time we needed as a family to decide on a sofa and discuss finances etc. Unlike other stores we have been in and been hounded for the sale. She also made our 8 year old feel like he was part of the decision. Pain free experience can not rate highly enough.

So I never leave reviews but I just had to with this company.
What a great experience from start to finish. From Barrie in the show room( Kirkcaldy branch) to the delivery drivers ( Robert & George). Barrie was amazing at helping us pick our sofa and his knowledge was great, the shop itself was so nice as it’s been remodelled and had such a good atmosphere and vibe to it. I love the fact that we can pick any sofa in any fabric compared to other company’s where it’s limited. Our sofa even arrived over a month head of schedule. We have Next sofas in our other room but price and quality doesn’t compare to SCS we were actually more money from the next ones which are not worth it. Will 100% recommend this company. Robert and George that delivered the sofa were friendly, great at what they do, were quick putting the sofa together and arrived on time when they said they would.
