We were welcomed without being pestered , explained to about the deals on offer, variety of colours and materials are amazing, we ended up buying sofa and got good discounts ,we were very happy with overall experience and the very helpful assistant

On entry to the Kilmarnoch branch we were met with a warm welcome from David who introduced himself he listened intently to us as we told him we had no idea what we were looking for. He suggested a look around we didnt look far before seeing what we liked he took time to show us the various materials, colours etc . Explained the mechanisms the after care. He has a calm reassuring manner which helped us be at ease. His customer care skills are excellent.
Having made the decision chosen the colour we paid our deposit. Later I phoned to ask if I could go back in and just check the colour David would be finished for the day but he would pass the information to colleague.
Once again we were warmly greeted by Billie who had the material we had chosen beside the sofa.
I cannot express what an amazing customer journey we had.
I have every confidence that when our purchases arrive we will be delighted.

Friendly, welcoming staff with plenty of company and product knowledge. Very helpful when asked anything. The store itself is very well presented with a huge range of sofas etc. on display.

I went in to choose a sofa for my new flat, I already had an idea of which one I wanted. Graeme came over and talked me through all of the options for a specific sofa I was looking at, and in the end I bought one that I'm very happy with. Fingers crossed it arrives sooner than anticipated 🤞😅

Delivery communication was excellent. I was given precise updates on the expected arrival time. The delivery team were courteous and took care with the delivery. Very pleased with the customer service.

When I went into the Kilmarnock store the staff were really very friendly and informative especially Billie who asked if she could help me with anything, I asked her if she had any Sofa beds, she showed me one that was on the floor and I was amazed at the thickness of the mattress that comes with it, the service was excellent from Billie and she was very informative and knew her job.

My experience was absolutely first class and were very helpful on advising us and nothing was any bother would definitely recommend the company

We entered the store was greeted by Graeme at Kilmarnock " sorry if wrong spelling of his name" he gave us space to look around , I came back on the Sunday with my husband and was greeted warmly by James/Jamie, he left us to look around , when we were ready he answered all questions and took the time to explain everything about the suite, asked us about the warranty didn't hard sell just gave us options we took his advice, a pleasure to deal with and a credit to your Kilmarnock store. I have recommended to family and Friends , thank you as I suffer from severe depression and social anxiety and yous made my visit stress free , you will never know how much that meant to me and my family
