Chris was an excellent member of staff, showing me options but also giving me time to look round on my own, so I didn't feel pressured. He thoroughly went through the shape of the corner suite and the sizes, putting my mind at rest it would fit. He offered different materials and colours and was happy to spend all the time I needed to make a decision.

Received the furniture earlier than first advised, kept informed regarding the delivery

The furniture came when it was due, and it was good being able to track the delivery lorry. The two delivery guys were great, friendly and professional. They did a good job. The sofa is excellent too.

if your buying a sofa bed just check mehanism is fine,bought ours it came 2 weeks ago the delivery men built the sofa in the street when we had a massive back garden! they then brought no tools to put the mechanism in sofa! good job we had some! made the bed and the worst sleep ever they havnt fitted it right its slopes from top so we called scs and had to wait 2 weeks for some one to come look.. but we are still waiting,well they turned up at 7 am we wasnt up we did ask after12.00but when we rung them today they said its there way or no way.. and we paid 250,00 for a service like this,we rung scs up and has a 72 year old pensioner i was abused by a lady on there team, i have the recording iv told them to pick the sofa up please do not buy from this awful place,were still in shock and cant believe the experience we are on,

Would have liked to walk round n tried all sofas see which we liked every time we sat for more than a few seconds sales man kept coming over with info we just wanted to find comfiest thn would have gone to gt someone n asked questions

We first visited with friends in faversham Kent the staff were very friendly and helpful, when we got home we went into the store at cotton wood where Julia served us ,she was very knowledgeable and friendly , would recommend this store to other people

The showroom assistant was very helpful and polite, We had a good look around. It was full of very nice furniture ☺️

The way the staff left you to have a look around, a lot of shops they follow you and I don't like that, if I want to buy then I will ask, the lady was lovely we had a good laugh as well. She never pushed us into buying and also gave us lots of information to take away, we came back after thinking it over and ordered 2 chairs.. we can't wait to receive them.
