Sales people eager to sell.
In our case didn't make clear how long delivery was. Four months!!
Tried to cancel after paying deposit.
Met with very unsympathetic manager.
Who didn't even act concerned.
We imagined we would have a cooling off period. When in fact by signing the tablet, and paying the deposit you were committed. I said we would look into it. The words from the manager was good luck with that!!
No calm discussion about company policy etc. for some of us a suite is a considered purchase. And there was no joy in it.
Delivery very good however. On time and efficient.

Store assistant Beth was very helpful and friendly during our visit gave us plenty of choices on our purchase.

The customer service provided by Oliver was excellent. He created a relaxed and pressure-free environment, taking the time to really listen to our requirements. He then presented several suitable options, clearly explaining how each one would meet our needs. We never felt rushed, and he was patient and thorough in answering all of our questions.

Phil in Cheltenham a lovely chap as we’re all the other staff.
Phil was very patient with us as we took a while to chose , very informative about all our options of style and colour.
Sofas now arrived and we are over the moon, delivery guys fab too.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding my purchase from ScS Cheltenham and my interaction with the staff, especially Bethany who was really helpful BUT the delivery side on the day was appalling! The two men (neither spoke much English)who came completely rushed putting my furniture together. Neither wiped their shoes on entering my property. It was obvious that they just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible. One of them pushed a desk across slightly to accommodate the length of my new sofa but has scratched my wooden flooring in doing so. ScS need to think again about who they have contracted to deliver their products as these guys are ruining their reputation!

Staff very helpful but my only issue is that the cost of the extras (damage insurance and cleaning products) were not mentioned although comprehensively described and 1 item was not put on the invoice

We were greeted in the store by friendly staff and we found what we were looking for, then order was placed very easy, now we wait for delivery

Very careful team delivered the sofa, check where it was going, checked the flooring and carried the sofa in accordingly. Both very friendly and courteous.

A great team in the Cheltenham store. Particularly from the team member who looked after us on all three of our visits making our purchase. I think his name badge said Beth.
We are looking forward to enjoying the furniture when delivered.

The only thing I would say is there is no telephone number of where to make any balance payment on the paperwork.

We booked an appointment first.
When we both walked into the store we were greeted by a sales assistant saying Ciao.
We already new what we looking for roughly, the sales assistant was Beth.
Beth showed us to what we were looking for and the different sofa arrangements that was available.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, we sat down on what we liked and liked it, Beth then got all the different samples of the material that was available, we chose which one we both liked. We then purchased 2 of the same sofas.
Beth went above and beyond our expectations in our opinion well done.
