I thought I ordered leather and got fabric not right colour but I signed a contract no help what so ever
No customer service just a joke

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They explained the offers and showed me the different fabrics.
This ultimately helped when I ordered my new sofa etc.

We visited the store two days running as I'd forgotten to take my colour match cushion with me the first time. The first visit we were helped by the lovely Vicky and the second time by Mike. Both members of staff were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
We purchased quickly and easily just what we wanted and are now waiting with excitement for delivery day 😁
The only negative comment would be about whatever that is that you pump through the air-conditioning the smell is too over powering. You need something much more subtle and less in everyone's face the minute they walk through the door.

Offered coffee as soon as we entered the store. Nice touch. Discussed several configurations and measurements with the knowledgeable staff and at no time felt under pressure to buy. Lead time 14 weeks give or take which is fine by us. Do not need to start paying until sofa is delivered. Highly recommend this store.

Extremely pleasant staff, very helpful but no pressure. We took until the next day to make sure everything was what we wanted. All ordered & awaiting delivery sometime in August. Hopefully after sales service will be as good.

Didn't like that i had to wait so long for my furniture..on my app it said balance owing even though I had paid in full on 10th jan when I ordered itinshopat carlsle on that day..I rang on the 7th may to ask if they knew what time slot was?? Was told they didn't know( carlisle store). Wasn't very helpful..delivery guys well very pleasant helpful and polite done they job great on day..

Steven the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us through the choices available to us at the price and style required. He is a pleasant personable young man who we would deal with again.

Went in today to look for a new sofa and had a really good experience. Jordan helped us out and was easy to talk to, not pushy at all which we appreciated.

He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions without overcomplicating things. Made the whole process feel simple and relaxed. Really helpful from start to finish would definitely recommend.

The men who delivered the suite Lewis and Steven were on time, polite, professional and did an excellent job.
