Item was delivered damaged in two places and now I have to wait for an engineer to inspect it - could take a few weeks !!!!

Very nice experience. I have one comment on the negative side. I don’t think you were as transparent as you could have been.
I’m nearly 75 years old and I need transparency as i cannot see the tiny print
When I came into the store I brought all the measurements for this furniture to fit. I also told the salesman that my property is really small and I was a bit concerned about it getting through the door. He assured me that they would know what to do if this was the case but he didn’t tell me that if this was the case then I would be charged £120
I’m not pleading poverty but I think I should have been told. The delivery man told me that they were not allowed to rectify this and they put me in touch with a furniture dismantler.
That is my complaint because financially your system regarding this has made my life for the coming month very hard

We were very happy with the staff especially Lucy who was more than helpful with everything we required, we look forward to receiving our new sofa very soon

The people in the showroom were friendly and helpful and gave me all tge information I wanted without pressure.

The delivery men turned up at the predicted time, were polite and efficient, and the sofa is all nicely set up.

So far the sofa is just as expected.

I use to think scs sofas were old fashioned and quite dull. Well that's no longer the case. The show room is set out in a way that there's plenty of room to see the sofas properly. Lots of choices of fabric but not fabric overload. The staff were very nice with no hard sell. Well done

The service we received was excellent from the sales staff at the store to the delivery of the furniture. All your staff were friendly and efficient.

The consultant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However what matters more is the after sales service if something is not right. You have a good range of leather sofas which was very helpful in assisting us to make up our minds.

Had viewed what sofa i like when i visited the shop returned with my husband couple of month later shannon was very knowledgeable and helpful my only criticism was that you dont do sample material which would have been nice so i could match colours for the lounge it was going in

From excellent information on delivery times to great staff, who were polite and friendly. They showed respect for our interior and took great care in bringing in a large sofa. Set up the sofa and took all the wrapping away with them.
Very pleased.
One downside was the contact centre in Coventry . The chap was disrespectful and rude.

The crew where friendly and arrived the time they said
they would. They were very professional.
My wife and I are very pleased with the new sofa and armchair.

Sales assistant Amy was very good explaining everything everything informative but not pushy good service

Really helpful staff.. Amy was great at explaining everything.. one small issue is that we wanted a sample piece of the material that we ordered our sofa on.. we want it to match thing to while awaiting delivery.. however, we were told that SCS are unable to supply this..

Excellent service from the moment we stepped into the store. Staff helpful,polite and professional, not at all pushy with sales. Everything explained clearly about prices, fabric choices and delivery.
The delivery team were also friendly and professional.
Biggest bonus, the furniture arrived 1 month earlier than estimated date,which for myself was very convenient.
Would definitely return to Poltronesofa in the future and would highly recommend.

All the staff i spoke to were very helpful and professional,I dealt with Amy and a young sales person she was helpful professional and curtious she answered all our questions and both myself and partner was very pleased with her service.
