Worst experience ever. Took 15 days for a referencing process, then sent a contract asking for the deposit and first rent to be sent to them while the contract said otherwise, gave wrong contact details for the landlord and landlord's agent. Never answered the phone, extremely slow on emails and when I managed to speak with them they were so rude. Terrible experience. Run away if you read their name.

When I tell you I was in the depths of despair trying to rent a flat. With a deadline approaching I had no place to stay and no idea if I was getting the keys in time. My referencing is complicated between businesses and previous addresses. It was a nightmare. Then came a saviour. Ghazal. Despite my frantic and anxious calls every 30 minutes. Ghazal managed to fix everything, even did me a solid and pulled it so I was able to enter the property a day before my deadline. A life saver. Give her a raise.
