The whole process of the trust deed was easy and hassle free . Appointments were booked around me and in my home therefor a comfortable situation. I would reccommend Simple Financial Solutions to anyone who is experiencing a problem with their debts and arent sure what to do. They are very professional and deal with your problem promptly. During my intial phone call with an advisor I was given clear and concise information regarding the different routes that was available to help me. I chose a trust deed as it was the best option to me. The whole process took just over a week and I feel so much better in dealing with it with the help of a professional and the good advice they gave me.

I would definitely recommend them for help asvthey couldnt do enough for me, and they gave me all the relevant information that i would need and was on hand if i needed help or just to answer any questions i had. Edward who helped me was fantastic polite and very helpful. X

Until about a month ago I had never heard of Simple Financial Solutions. This was due to them being based up in Glasgow, and myself being based in Merseyside.

It all came about when an agent knocked on my door claiming to be from Morecroft financial company. He was very polite and called him self Ryan Lomas. He gave my husband a card with a contact number on. The same day I called the number on the card and again he was very polite. He started to say how he was here to help and that he would help me get on a debt management plan with Simple Financial Solutions. He would have an agent contact me from there to set it all up. The conversation ended and as he promised an agent did call on the day we had arranged.

The agents claiming to be from SFS called him self Steve Hale and called me of a local Liverpool number. Again he was very polite and had all the information I needed. I am always very careful regarding these sorts of situations. But he was very quick to explain he wouldn't be taking my bank details I was to set up a standing order. As the conversation went on he was more and more convincing. Until I heard the words , and I quote"Don't phone SFS as they will just put you straight on to me". He was sketchy about where the company was based and how I would receive paper work.

Straight away I said to the supposedly Steve Hale " I will be Googling you and SFS , so if your not who you say you are I WILL find out" . He laughed it off and said " you've nothing to worry about".

So about Google I went armed with the information he had provided.That being phone numbers, email address and bank details. First thing was SFS , found two companies based in Glasgow . One being a mortgage company and two being Simple Financial Solutions . The second being the company he claimed to work for. I called SFS and got greated by a very polite and helpful member of staff called Greame.I passed on all the information and with in ten minutes the Managing Director Alex McGarvei had called me himself. ( Not many MD's take time out to call you back personally!). I felt honored.

After explaining everything to him I explained that I would do more digging and keep him informed as being an MD his time is valuable. To my amazement I found that Ryan Lomas and Steve Hale where in fact the same person. And neither names where real. The mobile phone number of the Morecroft card flagged up on an Everyone forum saying call Steve on the number for match tickets, and on another site with the name Ryan Lomas and a list of other mobile numbers with different names that had also been registered by the same person. The mobile number had been registered in several different towns and universities the list went on.........

The land line number was ex directory,strange for a business contact. And last but by no means least the email address. This I found extremely upsetting ! I searched the email address under images and to my surprise an picture of the man who knocked on my door appeared. My husband confirmed it as I had never seen this man. I followed the link on the image and it took me to Google play store to an app this person had commented on. Only to reveal he has a Google + account. This is where it gets upsetting. With out to much detail and risk of upsetting others. Earlier Alex and I had said no police until we know everything we can find out regarding this situation. With what I found being images and comments typed in what I can only GUESS being Russian. Once I hit translate I had to break that agreement straight away. This just got serious . After telling the police , again with out to much detail the police took all the information and with in an hour they had uped the police presence in my area a police car was parked at the end of my road. I had been offered victim support and given a direct number to a specific department.
I called Alex McGarvei MD of simple Financial Solutions and told him everything. I knew he would understand me having to contact the police regardless of our agreement. The responded I got from Alex was what only I can describe as beyond the call of duty! This man 'Alex' not knowing me genuinely cared for me and my family. Nothing was too much effort for him! But not only did Alex genuinely care , every member of his team cared too! Constant emails with information and questions regarding how I was feeling, did not only me , but did my family feel safe. Alex was that concerned for me and my family regarding all this he gave me his mobile number and was still talking to me through the evening to check we where all OK.

After both Alex and I had reported this to the Action Fraud team who work with the police up and down the country. He again has gone the extra mile and is currently helping me set up a safe debt management plan. A month on I can only say thank you to Alex and everyone at Simple Financial Solutions!

You are a company with real people who aren't affraid to help and really listen!
