Hannah has been amazing helping us with our Swedish Lappland holiday. Every aspect of the holiday had been organised super professionally and I did not have to worry about anything at all. Thank you!

We traveled with Scott Dunn to Iceland over New Year’s Eve, expecting their usual high standards of professionalism and premium service. Having booked multiple trips with them in the past, we held the company in high regard. Unfortunately, this experience was a major disappointment.

Despite paying an eye-watering sum, the itinerary was mediocre at best. When comparing costs with local suppliers, hotels, and flights, we realized we had effectively paid a 100% markup. When we questioned the pricing, Scott Dunn refused to provide a breakdown—even though the actual rates were readily available online.

Adding to our frustration, when we requested to reschedule certain activities, we were told no changes were possible. This was despite the fact that the tour operators themselves offered a 24-hour cancellation policy.

In short, we paid double the market rate for a rigid, underwhelming experience. Scott Dunn has lost our trust—never again.

We have traveled all over the world on private trips set up by Scott Dunn, including a recent family trip to Zimbabwe and South Africa. Every trip has been stellar.

Just completed our first trip ( Thailand) with Scott Dunn..what a great trip! Jess was our lead contact, she did the majority of our planning and communication. Jess did a flawless job with trip details, hotel selection, and Emma did an awesome job with dinner selection/ reservations. Jess’s and Emma’s communication prior to the trip was great, they were very responsive to emails and phone calls. We had great guides and drivers at each location. At every airport location we were met by our guide or hotel representative, and then escorted thru check in and security upon departure (. 4 airports) The guides worked hard, they were very informative and flexible during our tours and made the trip unique. The hotels Jess suggested , perfectly matched what we were looking for, they were all memorable and top notch. The food during our trip was wonderful. The tours and sites were wonderful. We cannot say enough great things about the trip and use of the ScottDunn app. We will definitely use SD for future trips!

Planning our honeymoon to Thailand was exceptional when using Scott Dunn. As a same-sex female couple, they helped ensure that any of our guides and hotels we were staying at were lgbtq friendly which was top of mind for us when planning. Our luxury travel specialist, Corey, that we were paired with was more than willing to answer our many questions and helped go back and forth with us to put together our perfect 14-day itinerary to Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai and Koh Yao Noi. They partner with gorgeous, luxury hotels that you can tell they have good relationships with and that therefore offer complimentary services and a few room upgrades throughout your stay. They also had an app containing our entire itinerary, flight documents, pre-departure guide, our insurance policy information, and contact information that we found super helpful during our trip! We did try and price out what the trip would have been without using their services, and felt that the additional cost of booking with them offered us great perks, peace of mind knowing we had great contacts should anything go wrong during our stay, and not having to worry about any piece of our trip because absolutely everything was taken care of. They even provided us with some surprises along the way. Highly recommend using Scott Dunn for any special vacation!

We spent 2 nights in Ayutthaya recently. Despite being such a short stay, it was planned meticulously by Lucien, who had also organised 3 previous trips for us.
The local guide showed us the usual tourist spots but in addition, brought us to a Muslim village where there were no other tourists, to a snack factory and gave us the opportunity to travel on various local modes of transport.

Tarik from Scott Dunn was amazing! I gave him a basic- we have so many days and want to do these things idea and he ran with it. 48 hours later I had a brilliantly planned trip with all the details taken care of! Trying to book a South African trip with safaris without assistance was a waste of my time! One call to Scott Dunn and it was arranged and brilliant! I would highly recommend Kirkman Kamp- it was straight out of a movie set and everything I had hoped a safari would be! Victoria Falls was not even on my bucket list and I am so glad we went!!!

My recent holiday to Scotland (private car land tour) and Silverseas cruise (Northern Lights cruise from Copenhagen) was organised by travel consultants Ria and Hugo. The tour of Scotland was amazing! Beautiful hotels and a great itinerary with informative tours by our Scottish guide. The Silverseas cruise was exceptional!

After a good nights sleep then touching down in Singapore, we were met by our private transfer. A very short journey took us to the Raffles Hotel for a two night stop over, where I can only describe as astounding.. Walking through the corridors of time we visited the historical long bar, dinned in both the butchers block & the Indian Cuisine. “This was the stat of memories being made”
Before we had time to say hello to Singapore we were arriving in Borneo, the real reason for this holiday, and wow what can I say. Staying 2 nights next to the Orangutang sanctuary at the Seplok Nature Resort, where on arrival an Orangutang decided to make his bed for the night above the lodge & the following morning we were greeted by mum & baby along with dad walking through the reception area. Quite simply wow, the holiday was complete without paying a visit to the sanctuary, which in itself amazing. The true value of happiness seeing my wife face was priceless, a dream come true.
Off to Sakau Rainforest Lodge on the Kinabatangan River next for 2 nights via a private boat transfer, which was simply amazing. Not only seeing all the wildlife throughout this trip we had the privilege of experiencing a herd of some 50 elephants cross the river within touching distance. Seeing this in real life, mum’s cherish there little ones was humbling being such a large animal.
Midway through the trip a pre-planned spa 4 night stay at the Gayá Island Beach Resort was next, which was well needed & certainly a stunning location. Eat, sleep, relax & being pamper whilst sipping cocktails through out the day, was just what the doctor ordered.
The Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur welcomed us next, this cosmopolitan city certainly didn’t disappoint. The perfect location set overlooking KLCC Park & next to the Petronas Twin Towers. With a city tour and a trip to the Batu Caves gave us the perfect in site to Malaysian culture.
The final step of the journey was a trip back down memory lane at the Raffles Hotel before our flight back home.

We had an amazing curated luxury experience through Northern Spain and Bordeaux, replete with Michelin star restaurants, expert tours, vineyard experiences, and cooking classes. It was fabulous. They identified just the right hotels and guides and the transportation was flawless. I have very high travel standards and they met them with ease. The itinerary was flawless and Livia was so easy to work with. We will be going back to Scott Dunn!

Very knowledgeable staff, all arrangements on a multi-leg trip worked as planned, including a relatively last minute change of scheduling on a couple of days. This is the 4th trip we have done with Scott Dunn and all have been as good as we hoped they would be. Strong recommend.
