I have been asking for a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the product I purchased for a month.
This company still hasn't given me one.
Here's what it means:
The seller either doesn't have a lab analysis,
or is deliberately hiding it,
or the product was manufactured ‘in the shadows’ - without quality control.
If they don't give you a CoA - it means the product hasn't been lab tested and the seller can't guarantee:
- the actual protein content,
- the absence of banned substances,
- health safety.
I strictly recommend those who want to get a quality product and think about their health:
Ask them for a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the product you plan to buy. If they refuse, don't buy from them.
Leave a review / complain if you bought online - especially if it's UK/EU. It will help others.

Bought their creatine monohydrate.

I wanted to like this product, but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to expectations. Despite being labelled as “micro-instantised”, the creatine is clumpy straight out of the tub and doesn’t dissolve well in water — it leaves a gritty, sand-like texture that makes it unpleasant to drink. I’ve tried mixing with both cold and warm water, and even using a shaker, but it still settles at the bottom no matter what.

The texture and solubility make me question the actual quality and purity of the creatine itself. Compared to other brands I’ve used (like Creapure), this one feels like a step down. While it might technically be creatine monohydrate, it’s far from a smooth or convenient experience.

I’ll finish the tub because I hate wasting product, but I won’t be buying this again.

Pro V Gain. Chocolate. Far too sweet with a chemical taste and not much Chocolate. Mixed okay and wasn't too grainy. Don't think I'd buy it again as it's sickly sweet.

Most flavours are great! Definitely not 'Cookies & Cream' though.
I've had chocolate which taste like how it sounds, vanilla which taste like cake (which is not a bad thing in my opinion). But cookies and cream is by far the worst flavour I've had so far, it tastes nothing like how it sounds, it takes really salty and disgusting which is a shame since I was really looking forward to it.

Protein powder ordered never arrived.
Contacted Customer Service but who have not resolved the issue after 2 weeks.

Product is poor, especially Vanilla, whether shaken by hand or put through a blender… it splits or curdles… it stays thin, does not thicken. Have shaken and agitated the mix a few times now and same result. Used to be a good product but this is foul.

Great for price although I had a problem with my first order with a split bag you guys sent me a new bag free of charge
