Hi Melissa, we completely understand your concern with your children returning to school on the 20th August. We’ve checked your order and can confirm that it is due to be shipped this afternoon.
Your order is still within our stated 10 working day processing timeframe, although we appreciate it can be worrying when the online status hasn’t changed, particularly so close to the start of school.
We’re sorry you’ve had difficulty getting through to us during this extremely busy period.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We’re delighted to hear you found our team friendly and helpful. We really appreciate your kind feedback.
Usually very good but not this time.
Have used this company many times before with no problems but after my husband placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, its still saying preparing to ship. No one is answering the phones and email sent on submission form has gone unanswered. I understand this is a very busy time but if they are unable to fulfill orders within their designated 10 working day timescale, this should be put on their website to ensure parents are not left waiting with no information.

Hi Jenni, we’re really sorry to hear this, particularly as you’ve ordered from us many times before without any problems. We completely understand your frustration at having to wait without an update or response from us.
Could you please send us the full name the order was placed under? I’ll pass the details directly to our Customer Service team and ask them to contact you regarding the order.
We apologise for the lack of communication and appreciate your patience during this particularly busy period.
Extremely disappointed with the service
Extremely disappointed with the service
I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve left messages through the website and tried calling numerous times, but no one ever answers the phone.
My order was placed over 10 days ago, and I still haven’t received any update on when the items will be delivered.
The lack of communication is very frustrating, especially when trying to get school uniform sorted. I would expect much better customer service and communication.

Great service
The order came a lot quicker than I expected! It said that it could take up to 10 days and I panicked. It arrived the next day! Obviously, this depends on the uniform you’re buying - our school does a lot of free uniforms that people donate, so there maybe wasn’t as much of a demand. The quality seems nice. Happy to read the company care about employee rights, too.
