Awful wood quality
The wood they delivered, supposedly grade #1, was terrible quality. Half of the boards were missing 2 edges on almost all the length!! Since it is for a pergola and boards will be visible, that was not acceptable. Also the way they deliver, just dropping everything off the truck, not even using a forklift totally split a couple of boards when they felt on my driveway. So I contacted them to get those boards replaced. They made no issue replacing the bad boards understanding the cosmetic look was important, which was nice. That said, the new boards they delivered were as bad as the first ones!! Really?? I refused them, asked for a refund and ended going to Home Depot!! It would have been a five stars review without the awful wood quality, the hassle of the two returns and the scary way they unload. One very positive remark: Paul L. has been super nice and easy to work with, and I want to thank him.
