Schepens Removals Bewertungen

Two days before I was due to move I had a heart attack. My daughter stepped up to the plate and with a lot of help and advice from the Schepens team they helped her successfully move me to Derby.

Brilliant from start to finish, professional, friendly, efficient. Very helpfil in organising paperwork etc. Highly recommend

I recently used Schepens for an international move from Sweden to the UK, transporting furniture and household items. The whole process was very smooth and straightforward.

Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was clearly explained, questions were answered promptly, and the arrangements were handled professionally. The collection and delivery were both carried out as planned, and everything arrived safely and as promised.

The team was punctual, helpful, and easy to deal with. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would happily recommend Schepens to anyone planning an international move.

Excellent service. Used them recently to move house. Could not fault the from start to finish. Very competitive price. Had 4 men turn up on time, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend

Needed to move the contents of a flat from London to Sweden. The team (Tracey, Chris, Paul) were beyond helpful with regards to the customs paperwork. Pick-up and delivery of goods was smooth, absolutely no damage on any of the items. Highly recommend.

We used Schepens to move (full pack & unpack) our home from Stockholm (Sweden) to Bath (UK); and they did an amazing job of making an international move as easy as can be! The price was competitive with other providers, and as well as coming away more confident after the video call, Claude (AI) also recommended Schepens over the competition.
Before the packing day, they were very communicative in what was to be done (and by who). Once we applied for ToR, they handled all the paperwork/customs admin. They have their own drivers who see both ends of the job. They came very promptly on the day, and delivered just as prompt on the delivery day. We have had so many bad experiences with service providers in most areas over the years, so it is with great pleasure to highly recommend Schepens. Super professional, friendly, and did a great job of moving our things to our new home.

Brilliant customer service from beginning to end, cheerful and highly experienced movers, efficiency with the documentation required for a move from the U.K. to Sweden, and a fair price. I felt so reassured by Chris and his team, and my move after twenty-three years in the U.K. was much smoother than I could have imagined.

Schepens made what was a typically stressful day, incredibly less stressful. Professional service, clear communication and no hidden extras. Our two movers were positive and hardworking. All in all, I will be using Schepens again.

The stars of the show here are the removal men. What a hard-working, polite and cheerful bunch of employees! Honestly some of the nicest individuals we've had the pleasure of meeting - just hang on to these employees, foster this culture of professionalism and pride in their work and you will always have more work than you need. 4 sets of stairs and the piddliest lift and no complaints..!

They took a lot of the stress out of moving country. Schepens were fast, competent, communicative, and good value.

First class Customer Service, from the first until the last point of contact. Employees conducting the pack up and delivery are careful, intelligent and excellent problem solvers. Nothing seemed to trouble them. We have moved quite a bit over the last few years and this, an international move, seemed the easiest!

All of the men were very professional and expert at packing. We were so grateful that they could all come at short notice (a day!) - we would never have managed on our own..
When we came to unpack, we really saw their expertise as everything was so well protected - nothing broken or scratched - amazing!

Super nice and supportive team! They were quick to answer any questions and made moving from England to Sweden feel like packing for a long weekend. Would highly recommend using them for any big move!

Schepens really are beyond exceptional .

During the hottest week in June, with temperatures soaring to nearly 40°C, they undertook a monumental move for my elderly mother. After 50 years in the same cottage, there was beyond a lifetime of memories to pack and move, including years of collected antiques, curiosities, hoarding and heavy furniture. It was an enormous task. Worse in the scorching heat !

Every single member of the team treated my elderly mother with such kindness, patience, dignity, and courtesy throughout the entire four-day move. The team worked tirelessly, remaining calm, organised, and stayed incredibly professional from start to finish . We had some laughs along the way of course ! They truly went above and beyond anything we could have expected or wished for .

What could have been an overwhelming and chaotic experience ran faultlessly. I genuinely don't know how we would have managed without these amazing lovely people.

Schepens were worth every single penny. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are so very grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and outstanding service.

Thank you for making such a daunting move so much easier for my little mum who was scared to death . Now for the monstrous task of unpacking 🤪.

All the best to you all

Francesca and Victoria ( June 2026 )

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Felt reassured that everything was in hand from collection in Sweden to delivery in the UK.

I can honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this company. From initial contact with the admin team through to final delivery by the ‘hands on’ team, absolutely no problems. My property was moved from U.K. to Sweden, and Schepens organised everything, including customs paperwork. Professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff are an absolute credit to the company. Thank you, I would thoroughly recommend using this company.

They were absolutely lovely! I felt like I was very messy and had to change up things and they were so patient and friendly throughout the whole process, from mail to the actual pick up and delivery. I would recommend them to anyone who are thinking about moving!

Transported 6 large boxes from England to Sweden.
Tracey and Chris helped me out with the whole moving process as it required a lot of paper work.

They explained exactly what papers and other information I needed before the move, and what everything meant. As well as answer any questions I had. They were easy to communicate with via email and phone.

When the moving crew came they helped me load everything from my flat to the van and vice versa.

Schepens made everything really easy. Would strong recommend using them. If I were to move back to England again. I would use their services again.
