They hire DEI woke morons with 0 people skills.Who don't give a damn about your dog and certainly and don't give a damn about your time. Stay far away from this shithole joke of a business. They are the worst of the worst and you have been warned. I hope you're not stupid enough to go there.You will be sorry.

I saw an add online, decided to give it a go at a trial package. Scenthound/32806. Get there earlier than the appointment scheduled, I was told the vaccine expiration to them had a discrepancie. My papers said exp 05/26. They claimed it was from the date the receipt given to me by previous owners. I get it, but what I dont get it the rudeness, the lack of empazhy from entering, and her run around wasting my time instead of been respectful of my time, helpful and honest, the woman was indiference, rude, did not want to call the places on vac cert. Bc you know it was too many for her to try to figure it out. She was just apathetic, and clearly not wanting my business. I felt uncomfortably judged, prejudiced. I simply decided to say, no thank xou, I will go elsewhere. Indeed I did, somewhere where I was treated with dignity and respect, where I felt welcome, and safe from judgement. That elsewhere was graciozs to help me figure the vaccine sitution/discrepancy and eventhough I paid more, it was worth it. Remember it was my FIRST IMPRESSION as a new and potential membership paying costumer. DO better, we live in ugly times, humanity, dignity and respect will always win. You lost this time. BTW as I was leaving, the person was sarcastic/antahonistic/gaslighting without confrontation or wor reaction from my part. It was as if she wanted me to play a part on her despicable bias agenda.

Very disappointed with their policies.
After cancelling my membership, the company continued to charge my credit card even after repeated notifications.

I rescued a dog about 3 weeks ago and found out he is dog aggressive due to being attacked before he was rescued. The folks at the Buffalo Grove store were fantastic! We were the first appt. and from the minute we walked in Jack was not stressed, showered the owner with kisses and went willingly with her. Came to pick him up and still showed no signs of stress, they have a no nose contact, he did not act aggressive with the other dogs that were being groomed. I couldn’t be happier with their services and most of important how my dog was treated. Highly recommend

We have been using ScentHound in Georgia, for about 1 1/2 years, for regular wash & hair cuts.

Each time we bring a natural , organic shampoo, as we prefer not using any chemicals typically contained in commercial products.

Never a problem, until today, a "new" manager, refused our purchased shampoo, saying it is corporate policy to only permit that with vet approval.

Really annoying, and there are far too many groomers available, to return to ScentHound.

I worked here for 2 weeks.

They almost KILLED an English Bulldog via heat stroke.

Rather than send him home when he couldn't breathe, or calm down, they made him stay there (in the hot dryer/bathing room) for another half hour, before he was SO bad they had to call dad to come get him IMMEDIATELY!

He was in such bad shape, 2 girls had to carry him to the front back to dad (of course they put him on the floor before dad could see).

This place pushes dogs past their breaking point, and muzzles some throughout the ENTIRE groom.

Scenthound Escondido, I challenge you to post that footage of the English Bulldog to share your "safety practices" with the internet.

Please, save your dogs life, and well-being by investing your hard-earned money into a family owned salon with people who actually know and care about dogs.

I've been grooming for over 14 years, and this location has the worst communication, team work and respect for dog's well-being I've ever encountered.
