I always order from Scarlett's Parrot Essentials as it is a small, local and honest business. Their communication is fantastic and they always go the extra mile. I've had personal phone calls when a certain flavour of food was out of stock and multiple emails to make sure everything is ok. The prices of toys and food are lower than most other companies and are a bargain for what you get
The owner puts videos of new products on their Facebook page so you can actually see the size of what your buying instead of having to guess from a stock picture.
The delivery is always very quick and it is always packaged very well, using recycling old boxes (when they can) wich is a huge benefit to our environment and saves the business money too!
Thank you for stocking the variety that you do which enables me to be able to cater for my birds all in one place!

Fast delivery (though delivery charge a bit steep) and cheaper overall than through A****n, sensible packaging.

Hands down my favourite place to shop for my birds. They stock all the brands I love, they're incredibly helpful if you have a question and they have the best range of toys for all size birds.

I have been a client of Scarletts Parrot Essentials for 3 years now.
I've purchased from them a large Liberta 12kg travel cage which I found to be excellent quality and is still going strong. I soon after purchased (3 yrs ago) the huge Rainforest Nova 2 cage. Once again excellent. Very well made. Still going very strong, of course. I've purchased 3 yrs ago the Liberta Caesar cage from them, excellent quality. Still great I've continued to buy from them countless toys, Java perches, normal rope perches, wood perches, foraging toys, a large stand, walnuts, Seed, large bags of Harrisons organic pellets right through the year and the list goes on. I enjoy buying from them.
It is now the U.K.'s most important Parrot supplies store and quite rightly so. They strive to provide excellent service, are happy to help, eager to please and humble enough to answer all your questions. The postage is very fast. They continue to grow offering always new products. This I like. Very important for me, with the background i derive from, is health and safety regarding their products and they do not dissappoint as too often happens with less attentive sellers of Parrot products.... Parrots are very delicate animals and one cannot take risks.

Scarlett 's is a brilliant small business and when my African Grey parrot called Casper needs his toys replacing and topping up with some new ones then l always go straight to her site. There is always a large assortment of toys as well as food and cages. The prices are very good and to be honest l don't shop around anymore as the odd pennies I might save usually gets eaten up with the extra p&p. Scarletts is my go-to parrot shop! Over the years I have purchased several parrot cages, toys and food. Scarlett's has delivered (excuse the pun!!) every time. High quality items. Service second to none and even free postage over £60 (which I tend to spend any way-I'm a typical parrot owner!!) I have never had any problems at all with this company over the years. I'm a first time parrotlet owner and I have found Scarlett's to be helpful from day one - I can rely on the toys to be the right size, where this isn't always the case with other vendors. When I spoke with Lila's breeder in the lead up to her joining our family I discussed using Scarlett's herbal mix as a complementary feed and Lila loves it. No issues (greedy little pigbird...). The team is always responsive by telephone or email and tolerant of my random questions.
