Funny, Trying to verify a Scam with another Scam.
Funny that while seeing that one thing is a scam we came across this site. While scrolling through the site, I began feeling in my gut that something was wrong. You know that this doesn't feel right feeling. Then bam, Scamrisk is trying to suggest something is # 1. Working in marketing my self, I immediately was searching is Scamrisk a scam? Pages and pages revealed, YES!!
Liars
Liars. This is just a place for people who want to slam their competition and redirect you to their own products. Ironic that it's called Scam risk because that's all they are. A great big scam. Do NOT trust these guys
This site is a scam
This site is a scam. They hire writers to write fake review of other people's business and then push it to their business... which is actually run by a scammer. Rumor is he's a junkie and done years in jail too.
Stupid scammers
Stupid scammers. They post job ads everyday looking for writers. Most times they try to hid that it is scamrisk. They use a different name boldly, then write scamrisk in little texts. They are clowns. Will have you waste your time filling applications, go on to do a tests and interview only to be ghosted. I'd give them a -1000 stars, but the least rating here is 1star.
Scam/risk is a clickbait scam ,
This company is all clickbait, bashes other, and leads the readers to.. oh, btw.. look at this.. hmmmm. I wouldn’t trust these reviews as far as I can Oh, btw… on a side note… I read sime
Of their reviews, and their so called ” disclaimer” accompanying their reviews on ******* is nothing but a facade of transparency and credibility. Claiming to have conducted thorough research and based conclusions on public information and testimonials, while conveniently labeling all opinions as personal, is a deceptive tactic to mask biased intentions.
The review itself follows a familiar pattern of vilifying pyramid schemes and MLMs under the guise of a cautionary tale, all the while subtly steering readers towards the reviewer's own services. The review perpetuates an atmosphere of exaggerated fear, fueling an industry built on paranoia and sensationalism.
Upon scrutiny, it becomes evident that the review is a mere copy-and-paste job, devoid of original insights or genuine analysis. The overblown and misleading content serves no purpose other than to manipulate unsuspecting consumers into following the hidden agenda of the Scam/Risk entity behind it. This disingenuous approach not only discredits the integrity of the review but also raises serious doubts about the ethical standards of those promoting it. This review backfires, the fear it promotes can be applied to its own “get rich quick” product. This review gets an F+ for its misleading approach!

ScamRisk is the dodgiest website
ScamRisk is the dodgiest website. It’s a promotional/marketing website that is literally scamming people with its misleading name. They are affiliates for many of the companies they review and therefore the information they share is extremely biased.
Do the opposite of what scamrisk says
This is the 4th time I have looked at a legitimate business online and their backgrounds are amazing, hundreds of testimonials and the real scam is SCAM RISK. They peddle nonsense to turn around and say "its allot of work" obviously. Starting an air bnb business, an ecom business or getting consulting to get a better career job. This website and the two creators are a bunch of losers just looking to sell you on something they themselves are trying to make money on. They are trying to peddle digital leasing and some other junk. Get a life and build something for yourselves instead of pulling others down.

I checked the information in your articles and it's accurate, despite some complaints I've seen.
It is so hard to know who is legit
It is so hard to know who is legit out there. They basically do give some pro's and cons of other online offerings. However, it screams at you contantly that "my program is better". They have a really good marketing agenda here. We will give you reviews of other sites but we will keep pushing you towards our program. Great way to get traffic, but again it's really hard to know if its truly legit. It's like lots of programs out there. They make sense at the onset and it looks doable but once your money is gone its gone and here you sit with something you paid for but not anything that is truly going to get you where you want to be. So frustrating when trying to find something that works
BEWARE - Scamrisk.com
Scamrisk.com - Appears to use the reviews of other businesses or sites to funnel business toward their business ventures. Bait and switch. No legitimate scam review site would do this. They are in business for themselves. BEWARE.
A Lifesaver
They're upfront about earning a commission from listed services, but it's clear that their priority is providing unbiased, reliable information. A must-use resource for anyone looking to steer clear of scams and find safe, legitimate opportunities!
I went to the site because I was wondering if Chad Kimball's G-Maps Elite was legitimate.
After reading what appeared to be a sensible review of his G-Maps Elite program (also known as the Arbor Academy) they (scamrisk.com) recommended against his program in favor of another (#1 recommendation).Yet, on their own 'Trusted' page from the top right corner of the home page they say that Chad Kimball's Arbor Academy is a highly trusted program.
ScamRisk is a deception site
ScamRisk is a deception site, the name suggests it is going to give you advice on scammers, when in fact it is a scammer itself as well as promoting all sorts of other non-sense such as Vishen and the Silva Mind Control method, total BS
scamrisk is owned by a scammer Joshua Osborne
scamrisk is owned by a scammer Joshua Osborne. He uses the website to promote his lead gen course scam. He is smart to make it look like a third-party recommendation. So for every post on scamrisk, they promote Joshua's course as the best choice. It's a joke. And I hope people be careful and not fall into the trap that would cost them thousands of dollars.
It seems instead of writing reviews on the real estate courses the blogs being written are trying to sale you on purchasing Digital Real Estate not giving a review on the course asked about.
I'm trying to purchase a course on Real Estate investment and it seems that several of the blog writers keep bringing up their suggestions would be to purchase a Digital Real Estate course where there isn't the big intial up front investment, Scam Risk and one other blog writer put several links that lead to a Digital Real Estate course by Joshua T. Osbourne and scam risk own words are there isn't a big intial investment, well don't trust that blog because that's the biggest lie yet his course intial is a $5000 dollar fee not a investment and a 100% per cent lie by scam risk. He must be getting a cut because I was just looking for review on Phil Pustejovsky and his R.E.I course which is $997 not ur overgrown opinion on Joshua T. Osbourne and his course, which isn't a investment that is a scam risk .. and what's worse a few of these affiliated marketing gurus pound my email box trying to sale me their junk.. I'm 63 and if the blog writer Scam Risk doesn't think $5000 is much of a intial investment he isn't living in Reality he has his head and A** in the cloud , stick to writing Blogs instead of advertising for other courses..
It's a Scam
Look. Don't even try to hide it or lie your way out. I click on your "#1 recommendation" and it leads to a video of Joshua Osborne claiming that he makes $41,000 a month and I can help you do that to, which is an obvious scam. At least it does its job of informing you on other scams, but just never enter any personal information into this website or anywhere this website leads you.

Owner of scamrisk (Joshua Osborne) is a known scam artist. Google it, he’s been in jail. His business model is simple. Call everyone a scammer, rank on google by creating fear and then sell you his scam.
My reply to your response:
Yes, i can see in your Trusted Section you have biased ratings that don't allow anyone to vote but you. You've rated yourself the highest (Hi Josh), and then your business parners Dan Klien & Chad. You're playing a unethical game.
