Enquired via website for bespoke aluminium tube cutting and a bunch of kee lite fittings, Paul Hill picked up my enquiry, got everything sorted, and demonstrated excellent communication as well as sorting a delivery issue in 24 hours. Also found prices couldn't be matched let alone bettered elsewhere, all in all a great firm, really helpful and for what was probably a small fry order for the sales team, really good to see the customer, not the order value, is key, many thanks!

I ordered a raised bed kit. The website was easy to use and the price very competitive. However their delivery of the product was poor.

Initially I didn’t know when they were intending to deliver my purchase. I only found out because I emailed the company. When they did deliver my purchase wasn’t complete. The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, admitted it was their error and said I’d receive the missing part of my order on “Wednesday” so I changed my work schedule around so I would be in to take delivery.

Wednesday came. No delivery. The next person I spoke to didn’t seem to have any interest in what I was saying. A third telephone call I was told the missing product would be delivered on “Thursday”. I explained I wasn’t around that day to take delivery. The fact I work and couldn’t just be available all day every day to take a delivery seemed to confuse the person. Eventually we settled for another day and eventually the missing part of my purchase turned up.

In all it took three calls and one email to receive my full order.

On the two days I did receive my deliveries I received a text on both days letting me know the delivery would arrive sometime between 8am and 6pm. Both texts arrived after 10am when in theory the product could have already arrived.

Their prices are good. Their delivery service is poor.

I can't thank Mike enough for my order, phoned him on the Tuesday it was delivered Wednesday brilliant and he was so helpful on the phone even though he was extremely busy, thanks again Mike for your help, bob

We wanted to order some boards to make veg beds and the lady in the sales team called Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to change the delivery date as we had some sickness but the order has arrived today and is exactly as promised. The delivery driver from Parsons was also extremely helpful. Thank you everyone.

I have purchased boards and scaffolding poles from Scaffolding Direct in order to make my garden decking.
The website was easy to use. Staff were helpful when I spoke with them on the phone. The products are good quality and work well. I am very pleased with the products (and with the decking I made from it).
The score for Delta Services would be a five star if it were not for the delivery company (subcontracted). The delivery did not arrive on the Tuesday as planned, nor on the Wednesday as rearranged, it finally arrived Thursday. However, throughout the delivery process the delivery company were disrespectful and unhelpful to the point of being rude.
Shame about delivery or it would be 5*
