SBS insurance has very recently handled my home contents claim on behalf of Churchill Insurance.
The reason for this claim was very traumatic, and potentially life threatening, and Millie handled it all very professionally, but with tremendous empathy, she listened to my waffling the day after it happened, when I was very much in shock, she sympathised, but got straight on to sending the correct people out to survey and assess what needed replacing etc. They all came within 48 hours and were also gentle and caring.

I highly recommend this prompt and caring company.

Had a claim go through from MBNA to SBS, and even though the transfer over was not easy initially, George Riley called me pretty much straight away once it had been transferred.

He just dealt with everything there and then on the phone. We sent images back and forth whilst talking; he checked things with other people to make sure we could do it immediately, made sure it was all clear, and by the time we hung up he'd already sent me the voucher for my new phone.
