There are many business-to-business telecom companies in the world. Most are driven by sales and long contracts, but SBC is totally service-driven. I have worked with SBC for the last 4 years. Greg and his team are without doubt the best Third-Party Supplier I deal with. Service is excellent, errors happen infrequently, but are always dealt with quickly, and the knowledge and experience in the team is second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending SBC to anyone.
