I can’t say enough good things about their work. Patricio was our planner and I loved that he liked to do similar outdoor activities that my husband and I enjoy. The overall experience was amazing. Carolina was very helpful and patient with us as we planned our trip to South America. She met with us multiple time to make sure we got everything we wanted out of the trip. All the tours and drivers that were scheduled were friendly and informative. In preparing for our recent trip to Argentina and Chile, my wife and I returned to Say Hueque because of the outstanding travel advice and support they provided during our 2020 trip to Argentina and Brazil. Although they are a smaller travel company based in Buenos Aires, their guidance, service and travel products are truly top‑notch. For our first trip, they handled everything: hotels, domestic flights, activities, rental cars, and tours. This time, we asked for help specifically with booking our local flights and rental cars. Magdalena did an excellent job coordinating all the arrangements around our schedules and preferences. Once the reservations were set, Andrea took over and expertly accompanied us by email throughout our entire 30‑day itinerary, ensuring every flight and car rental went smoothly. When we reached out about an issue with an electronic car key battery, Say Hueque immediately stepped in and negotiated a refund from the rental agency. That level of support is exactly why we chose to work with them again. We regularly recommend Say Hueque to friends and colleagues, and we will absolutely use their services for future travels.

We chose Say Hueque to help us plan our 3-week adventure in Patagonia. They were extremely knowledgeable and willing to organize everything exactly as we wanted. After flying into Buenos Aires, we visited El Chalten, El Calafate, and Bariloche in Patagonia and the Uco Valley and Chacras de Coria in Mendoza. For our stay in Patagonia, Analia tailored our trip to facilitate guided hiking and outdoor adventures during the day and extremely comfortable hotels at night. Local culture - including a private asadito with a local family -was a focus. In Mendoza, Analia and Julieta arranged wine tastings - often paired with food - and booked our stays at two of the best hotels in the region. We were offered guided walks through a vineyard, lunch with a vineyard’s chef, private wine tastings, and much more. Julieta and Cami made sure our transportation and connections worked as they should. When one of our hotels unexpectedly charged us extra for overnight electricity, Say Hueque reimbursed us. When my daughter’s flight from the US caused delays and her luggage was lost, Say Hueque helped secure the luggage, and rebooked transportation and tours at no additional cost. I am pleased to highly recommend this travel company for your travel to Argentina and Chile.

We used Say Hueque for planning our honeymoon to Buenos Aires, Iguazu, and Mendoza. Everything was fantastic. The communication, organization etc. was flawless. The pickups were always on time, the English-speaking guides always spoke great English. The hotels chosen for us were all very nice, and all the tour guides that say hueque partnered with were extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was so nice being able to hand over the logistics of day-to-day planning so that we were able to just follow our itinerary and truly enjoy the trip. If we had planned the trip on our own, I’m sure we would have saved money but we wouldn’t have had nearly the same experience. we benefitted so much from the expertise and guidance of say hueque that I’d tell anyone planning a trip to Argentina to absolutely go ahead and use the agency.

We booked a 25 day trip to Patagonia through Say Huegue and could not have been more satisfied with their service. Both Patricio and Felipe were extremely knowledgeable and were able to accommodate all our wishes. We wanted maximum flexibility for this trip and were not interested in guided activities. We rented a car and drove to most of our destinations. The pre arranged hotels were all excellent and provided a very personalized service. All the airport and hotel transfers were on time. Say Huegue made it very easy for us to have a great customized vacation. We would certainly use their services again.

We booked an unguided W Trek, Torres del Paine, Chile in February 2026 for my wife, myself, and two friends through Say Hueque, with accommodations in refugios throughout. The trip was arranged in partnership with Base Torres, which handled transportation to the park from Puerto Natales and operates many of the refugios along the trek.

We made our reservation about nine months in advance, and Say Hueque was able to organize the itinerary with relatively few issues. Some additional complexity arose when my daughter and a friend decided to join on a separate trek the following week. Even with this added coordination, Say Hueque managed to accommodate the request. It took a bit of time to confirm all the refugio bookings, but they ultimately came through.

By the time of the trip, everything was well organized. All transportation details, park documentation, and refugio reservations were consolidated in one convenient place, and we never had to scramble for information or chase down logistics during the trip.

We primarily worked with Andrea Solano and Clara Gonzalez, who were consistently responsive over email despite time zone differences. When needed, we were also able to reach them by phone, and otherwise received replies within 24 hours.

In addition, Say Hueque also arranged excursions around Santiago, including trips to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, as well as side trips to Calama and San Pedro de Atacama.

Overall, the planning process was smooth and reliable, and we felt very well supported throughout. Say Hueque provided a level of organization and responsiveness that made the experience pretty stress-free!
