I'd seen the Grohe kitchen tap elsewhere, but appreciated the SaveMoneyCutCarbon description which confirmed why this was an environmentally-friendly choice.
The price was also at the lower end of options on the web, so it made financial sense and I was happy to support a company with green credentials.

Second time of purchasing from SMCC. Purchased a Hansgrohe mixer tap on both occasions. I phoned through to an advisor who was very helpful (wish I could remember her name!). Delighted with the product which is excellent quality and looks lovely. Arrived speedily & well packaged. Very competitively priced. Reasonable delivery fee. Good company, Great products. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you SMCC!

I recently bought a showerhead which was listed as being 230mm from savemoneycutcarbon. On the product detail page I landed on from Google a square head was presented as expected, but on arrival it was actually rectangular because the photo listed used was taken from the longest dimension and the perspective of the shorter side was not apparent.

This was misleading and has resulted in being lumbered with an ineffective shower head which doesn’t cover the body (and I’m a medium). The fact that it was rectangular should have been listed in the title and at the top of the description. Alternatively a photo or diagram which showed the rectangular shape of the head would also have cleared it up. Instead the dimensions were hidden at the bottom of of a very long product info accordion and within the specification accordion.

I phoned and spoke to them, despite agreeing that the head looked square in the photo they showed no interest in updating the misleading listing or an order of an alternative square head.

Arrogant company to be avoided.

Amazing customer service I really wish all companies were like this. When I bought my bulbs, SMCC was the best value but even years later, when I have minor issues with the bulbs, Steph co ordinated with the manufacturer to get replacements under guarantee. Highly recommended standing head and shoulders above others.

I purchased a grohe sensia arena from them at the start of 2022 for about £1500, during the current black Friday sales its now priced as 'on sale' at £2100???

Thought I would write this review after my experience ordering some outdoor lights. This was my first time using this company but they had the lights we wanted at a very competitive price and ordered 3 x Ledvance Smart+ Wifi Floods for a next day delivery. Received an email from Grace at SaveMoneyCutCarbon informing me that they only had 2 of the lights currently in stock and gave me a variety of options. She had attempted to phone but was unable to get hold of me through no fault of her own (my own typing!). I got in contact with Grace but unfortunately we needed all 3 lights before the company would be able to deliver and so, without any issue, Grace put through a refund very promptly.

Whilst it was disappointing the stock wasn't there I was very happy with the quick response and rapid service received here and would have no qualms ordering through this company in the future should the need arise.

I’ve recently come across SaveMoneyCutCarbon for the first time. Placed an order but turns out I ordered the wrong item! From speaking to them on instant chat the issue was resolved and in a few days I had what I needed. Really impressed and will be using them again. Recommended.

I purchased a Grohe Minta tap from SaveMoneyCutCarbon in late March. Within a couple of months, the tap started shedding its chrome. I have tried to contact SaveMoneyCutCarbon on several occasions to get the tap replaced and have been completely ignored by them.

Well I have made 3 purchases and can not fault the service in anyway. Each item arrived quickly and well packaged.
The last item I ordered was a Grohe tap which I mistakenly thought was not going to fit as planned because it appeared not to swivel. Unfortunately it was outside of the returns window so I took to my knees and asked if there was anyway that the tap could be swapped.
I was delighted when Steph contacted me to say it might be possible if I provided images of the packaging which I thought was fair and reasonable. I was about to send the images and details of the replacement item I had picked out but subsequently noticed the tap I had purchased was described as a swivel tap.
I then contacted Steph again and explained what I had discovered. Steph double checked the details and was able to confirm the tap was indeed suitable. The return was therefore not required and I was happy!
Steph was very gracious, she didn’t make reference to the fact that I was clearly useless at making internet purchases or curse me for wasting her time. She did refuse to apply her limitless skill to visiting and fitting the tap but assured me it was probably for the best - I am not convinced and still think such excellence should be applied at every opportunity!
Essentially, I’m saying the customer service was great and a refreshing change from having to deal with the usual soulless robots that companies employ these days!

Excellent product and competitive pricing to start with. Quick accurate delivery. Plumber let us down multiple times and by the time another turned up and repaired existing shower this one which was then unneeded was outside of return window. Stephanie went above and beyond and allowed me to return due to the circumstances anyway. Would happily buy again confident that their customer service is top notch!

Be Warned!
Ordered a Grohe kitchen tap, the order process was efficient, however when the tap arrived took one look at the plastic spout and decided it looked cheap and of poor quality. I did not open the rest of the contents.
I returned the tap to savemoneycutcarbon after a week of them receiving it I had to chase for a refund, they then informed me it was damaged (even though it was never unpacked).
They withheld £50.00 from the refund, a complete rip-off.
If I had ordered it on Amazon I wouldn't be £50.00 out of pocket!

Good products, easy website, market prices. All good until you need customer service. Then it all falls apart. Just simply unhelpful at every juncture. Perhaps the owners of this business will someday realise their storefront is a commodity, it is their customer service which sets them apart.
