The items received were great quality and representative of the pictures shown on the website. When I contacted customer service I received a prompt and reassuring, polite reply. And I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful certificate with the papal blessing.

Bracelet is beautiful! My package was a little damaged when delivered, but only the corner of my Pope’s message card was bent. One thing that would be awesome is if a pic of my bracelet in the square was also sent with the card. Another store near you in Italy is doing this! Otherwise I’m very happy

I was happy to receive my order however the incorrect chain length was sent. I contacted Savelli and they responded promptly and arranged to send me the one I ordered. I received the new chain in 2 days. Wonderful service.

First communion rosary
Ordered a rosary for my granddaughters first communion very happy with it good quality and value for money. I was worried I had left it too late with 3 weeks until the communion I needn’t have worried, I ordered these in the early hours of Sunday morning they arrived in Scotland from Rome on the Tuesday very quick delivery. I was even able to have them blessed by pope Leo XIV which I think is a lovely touch.

Holy Water cured my husband of cancer
In October 2024 my husband was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. After meeting with the surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists I ordered the Holy Water. I anointed his esophagus, chemo port and radiation markers daily, while praying unceasingly and participating in a large prayer group. The week before he was to start radiation the doctor required a follow up EGD to confirm where to aim the radiation. The gastroenterologist who had done the previous biopsies, was able to remove the cancer through the endoscope. We have traveled many miles to have EGDs with ablations every 3 months. In March of this year, with no cancer to be found, she relaxed the follow up to once a year.
I believe with all my heart this devine healing came from the Hands of God, the power of prayer and the Holy nWater.

The site glitched at check out and removed my request for a blessing. However, I chatted with support and they fixed and confirmed my blessing. I was very thankful. It shipped quickly but the package was very beat up so if i had ordered something more fragile than jewelry I am not sure what condition it would have been in. The scapular is beautiful and I love it.

I was very excited and happy to hear that my religious items would be blessed by the Pope Leo. I’ve been looking for quality that I could wear. Unfortunately the cross I purchased didn’t come with a chain so I had to purchase it separately only for it to break with in a week of having it.

The items purchased were great. Their website offers complimentary prayers for each item purchased. That was a plus. You can also leave a tip for staff. Duty fees are also calculated during checkout. Wish some of the items I purchased came with prayers in English. Arrived really fast. Like 2 -3 days.

Great customer service and products
My order that was shipped to Florida was held up in customs at the FedEx hub in Memphis, Tennessee because they needed more information regarding the contents. I sent an email to your Rome office and a very nice lady named Maria sent me a prompt reply stating that the missing information was submitted. A few days later my package was cleared and delivered. I am very happy wiht my order (magnets of Pope Leo, Our Lady and St. Carlo Acutis). Everything was securely packaged and it included a lovely blessing certificate from Pope Leo. What a wonderful surprise. Thank you very much for great service and products!

Too expensive shipping
I ordered three enamel St Benedict crucifixes in the three sizes available plus a Seven Sorrows chaplet. These items do not amount to any significant weight.
I was after placing the order informed that the already significant postage fee had to be increased by a ludicrous EUR 35 extra because they say I live far out in the countryside (which isn't true at all). The assistant saleswoman basically gave me no alternative but to pay up. Never had any delivery problems ever like this before with any other dealer/carrier. The smallest St Benedict cross has a slight defect in production, the enameling is not evenly done.

Regarding the small imperfection in the enameling, please remember that our items are handcrafted, and slight variations or minor details can occasionally occur as part of the artisanal process.
