Should've Known Better, I Guess!
Upon seeing the poor reviews, I'm embarrassed that we hired them at all. Positives: All technicians were very friendly and I think they wanted to be helpful. The actual plumbing problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. Negatives: The job took three-times as long as estimated. Sarkinen Plumbing, HVAC, and restoration teams were all involved and blamed each other for issues and did not communicate with each other. I had to call multiple times to see if someone was coming out. They tried to upsell me in a very manipulative way. I am being charged monthly for a membership that I thought was a one-time charge (they claim I was told, but I wasn't and I have the contract that does not say anything about a monthly charge). They also did not complete part of the job until my husband went into the crawlspace and saw it wasn't done and we called... again. Upon my complaints, they marked down my bill by about 3% I believe. I just called about the monthly charges and they refuse to take responsibility, which would have been a write-off for them of about $45. That was icing on the cake. I hate writing poor reviews, but after the ordeal of the repair and then them not writing off $45... Here we are.
