Excellent service yet again from Tony at Sarbkar.
Took my Saab 93 convertible to Sarbkar,I was having noise issues, Tony quickly diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing, the wheel bearing was replaced as well as front discs and pads ,I also had the car serviced.
Tony went above and beyond,keeping me updated, excellent service ,I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Had a starting issue with my Saab 9-5 which had been sat idle for over 12mths, Tony diagnosed the problem, sorted it , and also got through a mound of other jobs needed to make it roadworthy and pass it’s mot. I’ve used Tony and Sarbkar before with previous problems and his knowledge of Saab’s is unrivalled, the intention to detail and the communication is top notch, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarbkar to friends and family .

I am in my mid-80s and rarely do reviews, but I am delighted to make an exception in this case because Tony and his team at Sarbkar are simply the best in the motor business that I have ever encountered. I make a 2 hour round trip to Liverpool to have my 2004 Saab serviced because it is always returned to me running beautifully and with a detailed verbal report on its condition and things to keep an eye on.
Tony possesses an irresistible combination of expertise, generosity of spirit and great communication skills, which are so difficult to find today.
This week Tony solved a problem with my Saab by phone, giving me step by step simple instructions on what to do
I have no mechanical skills but the car was up and running in no time.

First time visiting Sarbkar as I had a screw in my tyre which I thought may be able to be plugged.

Called up and was booked in by 11am the same morning.

Tony & Dave both assessed the issue and informed me my tyres were almost at the legal tread limit.

I have a package included with the original car dealer, so both advised to contact the dealership to get these sorted as soon as possible and it wouldn't be worth me paying for my tyre to be plugged as I would need 2 new tyres almost straight away.

Tony and Dave checked over my car and tyre pressure, put air in my tyres and sent me on my way with some valuable information to take to the dealership.

Such a genuine company, with lovely employees. Thank you very much to you both!

My latest mini emergency was requiring a new key to be supplied and reprogrammed. Done with speed, service and professionalism.

I’ve been a Sarbkar customer for over 25 years and they have never let me down. They do a superb job and they look after my Saab throughout the year. If there’s a problem, which is rare, Tony’s on it. So when it comes to MoT time I know I won’t get a nasty surprise. They are simply the best.

Fantastic service and the only garage I would ever take my Saab to. Called Tony on Friday as I had a suspension problem. He booked the car in for the next day, gave me a courtesy car and had the problem fixed by lunchtime. Their service and knowledge is outstanding.

Tony and his team are extremely attentive and helpful and friendly and they dealt with my Saab car issues efficiently and effectively. Fantastic! This company does more than it says on the tin. Nothing is too much trouble. I had a big job done just before Christmas and was kept informed all along the way including progress images and explanations and, after I had collected my car and after a couple of days, I received a text asking if all was well. Never had that before. Pity there are only 5 stars to rate them.
