Ordered a ps5 and I was worried about it being delivered but these guys reassured me that everything was good and they tracked it all for me and kept me updated on delivery. Amazing service would highly recommend

Not so good customer service but ive been waiting for almost two weeks now for my PS5 i have my shipping email and its on its way so not bad. Ive also updated my review you can fully trust this company to deliver your goods so don't worry if your orders do take a little time 👍

I am a genuine reviewer. My son who has additional needs was expecting this for his Birthday. I asked them for a date it would arrive as he had gotten distressed waiting. I got told it would arrive at the latest on the Saturday. Imagine my son's absolute delight at it arriving Friday AND.... Upgraded. Oh my I've never seen a person so over the moon. I am beyond grateful for their above and beyond, customer focused experienced. Thank you for being so understanding through WhatsApp with my badgering! You were professional and compassionate and I am very grateful. Thank you so much.

I had to make an account to share how amazed I am with this company, communication was more or less brilliant; was polite helpful and even upgraded my item because it was supposed to be a birthday present that was dealt with a bit late and frankly I’m over the moon- I couldn’t reccomend this company enough truly went above and beyond! Despite reading all the negative reviews really made me feel on edge they’ve prevailed!

I waited 3 weeks for my PS5. I was glad it wasn’t a box of bricks!
An ok company to deal with. I don’t know why it took so long to get to me. I ordered the PS5 with one controller for £579.00 I actually got the FIFA 23 one for £639.
Then I was told to either pay the extra £60 or scratch of the codes to the game and send a picture of them back to the company for no extra charge.
They sent me the wrong one!

Very good service came abit later than expected but wasn’t their fault it was Royal Mail but through the process they were replying and were very helpful

Amazing service from Sant Solutions - 2nd PS5 I ordered from them - The first a gift for my nephew….delivered perfectly in time for their bday. Ordered another one for my self and realised that FIFA23 was being launched a week later - After messaging them they delayed order by a week to accommodate the new FIFA. PS5 arrived in perfect condition and extremely happy with the service. Would highly recommend these guys for PS5’s or any other gaming tech!!!

Was a bit Apprehensive at first as I'd never heard of the company so.i went heard and bought a xbox x And I had opted for a refurbished one and when it got delivered I was over the moon to find out they had sent me a brand new xbox x .Good Communication though out and they even rang me after I had taken delivery to see if I was happy 😊 to that yes iam over the moon Early Xmas present 🎁

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Do NOT buy from this company I ordered a ps5 on the 14th of September now 26th! Still absolutely nothing, communication minimal. They try making you wait longer by claiming to be a small family run business, but they just don’t process your refund. Still no refund!!

I ordered a ps5 for my son just before the last bank hoilday and I expected that it would take longer to arrive. I messaged and asked what was happening and they were absolutely wonderful and kept me updated. I can’t thank them enough for there wonderful helpful manner would definitely buy from again.

I only had a day to buy and get my sons birthday present send to my house and santsolutions did that quick and fast thank you.

I ordered a ps5 on the 6th September. It was meant to arrive in 3-5 days but i ended up waiting 3 weeks with multiple lies from them that they had sent it. They had the cheek to tell me i could upgrade for £70 the night before they actually sent it. When it finally arrived it wasnt what i had ordered (ordered a bundle and was sent just ps5). Contacted them to get told more lies so demanded to return and get a refund. They stopped all communication, i sent back the ps5 and have proof they recieved it two weeks ago yet they are ignoring all messages (minus 1 to say theyd look into where my order is..... from the person who had signed for the package so knows full well where it is) and no refund in sight. Ive now reported to trading standards and will be taking it further to get my money back. Do not use this company.

I purchased on the 11th August and the items wasn't dispatched until the 23rd . NO PS5 in the box. Seller has continued to lie about the actions he has taken. Claimed he called the police and contacted Royal Mail he hadn't done anything. Offered a refund but refuses to do it. Flags actual reviews that haven't been falsified.

I've not got a refund or a replacement he doesn't have anything In stock for PS5s he gets them from Sony Directly

So happy I finally got a PS5 for my hubby! Unfortunately, we had quite a tight time frame for delivery as we were leaving England to travel and so needed the delivery by a certain date! But the amazing WhatsApp support team made it happen!! 🥳 It’s clear that SantSolutions are a small business that is working really hard to run a successful company and I was really happy with the effort they put in. For any negative reviewers, I would say that patience and kindness from a customer goes a long way with companies like this who are clearly just working as hard as they can to provide a good service 😊 I would definitely use them again! Thanks for making my husband one very happy man! 🙌🏼

Despite the complications with Royal Mail which was out of the seller’s hands, santsoulutions are a great company! Fully reliable, great with communication 100% worth it! Will defo recommend and shop again

I was very sceptical ordering a ps5 from here at first as I’ve never heard of this website but don’t be worried or think it’s a scam like I did because my ps5 did arrive in perfect condition and within the time frame they said it would

I ordered A PS5 for my sons birthday, two days after i popped a call in and asked if it could be delivered by a certain date and confirmed this will be no problem. called the following week to confirm all is on track and said its being send with Royal mail and will be with me the next working day which it was. the communication from start to finish was great, i even got a call after delivery to confirm i had the PS5 and wished my son a happy birthday. Highly recommend, thank you so much.

We wanted a ps5 for my grandsons special birthday.
This company come up in the search even though we had not heard of them .
We placed an order, even after reading some reviews.
Firstly this company is legimate and true to their word the item was delivered on the date giving reassurance that he would have it on his birthday..
Their have been very supportive in their reply along with any aftercare should we need it .
This company is first class for goods, delivery and customer service.
