From the offer made on our property to the actual completion a total of c18 months, Sandra Davidson have been supportive and pro-active in helping to progress the sale of our property. Monty and his team have been exceptional in providing feedback on the numerous viewings that they arranged. Additionally, Lesley Putnam, Sales Progressor, lived up to her title! She lived through and advised on the many issues of our difficult sale with professionalism and humanity. Lesley was always contactable and returned calls promptly and more importantly, she understood the nuances of our issues and never shied away from being truthful and was always realistic in managing our expectations. Zaid, Riz, we're great at setting up viewings, answering questions and keeping us updated with all the information we asked them. Throughout the whole process they have been honest and helped us. We got emails and text messages for every viewing we had, they carried out multiple showings and showed off our home.
Lesley was our point of contact after finding our buyer and again she was brilliant. She was professional, she answered all the questions we had, she kept us up to date with everything and would call us with immediate information sometimes 3 to 4 times a day.
She was liaising with all the estate agents and solicitors when we got to exchange contracts, she kept us updated throughout this process.

From start to finish, including arranging significant electrical works, decorating the whole house, and completing all necessary compliance, we had our property let out through the guaranteed rent scheme in around 6 weeks!

I was impressed with Sandra Davidson as a buyer, so 9 years on they were the obvious choice when I went on the market. Very rude, mislead buyers, will solicit counter offers when having accepted your offer and have no qualms about buyers getting gazumped due to their greed, cost me thousands in lost fees, avoid like the plague as they deliberately over price properties.
