Some reviews have said a little bit goes a long way. Small jar and mask is thick so I don’t agree with that assessment. Also no instructions as to when to do it

I’ve tried the pore refining mask, exfoliator, emu apple mask and the glow drops and I love them all. I have skin that is a little bit dry, not really prone to break outs, but I don’t like the look of my pores. The pore refining mask makes my pores smaller and my face look tighter without making my skin feel dry. The exfoliating mask cleanses without feeling too harsh. The emu apple mask makes my skin feel super smooth and the emu drops do actually make my skin glow.
I did try the enzyme powder polish once after a friend brought it and while it did smooth my skin, I just didn’t like it as much as the other products. Though I’m really looking forward to trying the Tasmanian Spring Water hydration boost cream - it seems like it will be a good product to round out my skin care routine

I bought this product because of all the hype. So far its doing its job I have sensitive skin and breakouts and its helping my breakouts. I use it once a day :) the only thing I dont like is that it burns my face so bad maybe its because I wash my face with orgins zero oil face wash first so maybe the product ingredients is affecting the mask ingredients when i put it on lol. Other then that it works good.

I love the products at Sand and Sky, not only that the customer service has been fantastic. I messaged them online with a query, and they dealt with it professionally, quickly and with charm. I would highly recommend both the products and the business etiquette. In terms of products I bought the pink clay pore refining face mask and the pink clay exfoliating treatment. Both work very well and have made my skin feel really smooth, soft and hydrated. <3 you Sand and Sky!

I love the Porefining Face Mask, helps keep my oily skin at bay. At first, it felt drying on the skin, but understandably as in a full skincare routine you have to seal it with moisturiser. Definitely I'd recommend! 👍

It's pretty good, but it's not exactly THE BEST. It is fairly pricey, which I gave the benefit of the doubt as it's supposedly really good. However, after a few uses every couple days, my pores still aren't smaller and my skin isn't brighter like they promise. Not sure how to feel about it. I guess I'll keep using it for a bit in hopes for a difference! Will update if there is (:
On another note though, they were good with their communication. Given the current pandemic and many other online shoppers out there, they did notify me that my order was arriving a couple days late, in real time. (:

Not worth the money. Have been using the mask and exfoliator regularly for 1 month now and my pores aren't smaller, my blackheads aren't reduced, red marks are still there and, if anything, I'm breaking out more.
The mask - It does have lovely packaging (although you don't get much mask for your money, the tub is tiny), goes on nicely and washes off easily and mess free. It does also leave my skin feeling smoother and tighter for about an hour after removing but there are no longer lasting effects that I can see.
The exfoliator - feels like it's doing something as the particles are quite big and harsh but again, no difference noticed in my skin.
Very disappointed considering the overwhelming number of positive reviews on social media. It's also a very expensive mistake to have made.

This product is extreamly expensive for what it is, and it has dried my skin out worse than any other face mask I have used. Not just a little bit dry, but my face stings afterwards and large flakes of skin peels off on my nose and cheeks afterwards. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because my pores have reduced, like it claims, but that could also be from the monstrous amounts of face cream I use after. Please don't bother, just buy something from a chemist for 1/5 of the cost if you want to use a clay mask.

I use the clay mask twice a week. Have done for around a month.

It doesn't get rid of you acne at all and actually causes you to break out. My skin has just got worse and worse. I have PCOS which causes hormonal breakouts. I also have eczema.

It does refine your pores for a few hours and make your skin smooth. Not permanently though. Just a few hours.

I used this for the first time last night. Jumped on a con-call for work today and holy crap I must have looked absolutely terrible on past con-calls because I got so many compliments today. And that is saying a lot because the lighting and camera quality on the laptop is shitte. I did nothing different with my makeup in exception of putting this mask on for 30 minutes last night. I was both offended and flattered at the same time. It’s very pricey, but considering the feedback from others, I feel better about justifying my purchase. I have incredibly dry skin, so finding a mask that actually does something can be difficult. I personally didn’t see any difference when I woke up this morning to get to work, but when other people notice to the point of pointing it out in front of 30 other people on a work con-call, I mean, I have to say, it must be good to see that much of a difference in my face. I must have looked dead before, so, there you go.

The only good thing about the whole range is the packaging - it truly is beautiful.
I’ve tried every single product and the only one I would recommend is the body scrub. It’s pretty harsh and does a good job making the skin super soft.
Emu Apple mask and drops - the mask makes zero difference. The drops have no moisturising effect, just make your face look greasy.
Clay mask - tiny little bottle. Not much product there. Very drying clay mask.
Face scrub - nothing special.
All in all I would not recommend. Very expensive cosmetics and made me break out (surprisingly!!).
Not worth the money. If you have a little extra go for Clinique - it truly does work.

Pricey and worth trying to see if it works for you
I'm in my early 30's and have spent £££ over the years trying to better the severe bouts of adult acne and scarring I've suffered since my 20's. My skin is now the best its ever been and I consistently get mistaken for a teenager. They literally wouldnt let me see a 15 at the cinema without seeing ID. I now have super clean, acne free skin with very few scars and marks visible. This isnt entirely down to Sand and Sky but they are a large part of my routine so can't knock it.

1. Pore refining mask - works like a dream. Reduces pores. I use this 2-3 times a week for the last 2 years now and its done wonders. Completely clearing up the skin. I'll use this mask followed by toner moisturiser and sunscreen. There is a replica product available at Superdrug with almost the same ingredients at a fraction of the price but it didnt work as well as this original. This is the product that is worth the hefty price tag.
2. Pore refining scrub - I love this scrub. My skins not overly sensitive and I used to use Apricot scrub prior. No more that twice a week and not on the same days as masking. Works well under makeup but again an expensive product and an alternative or homemade exfoliator would probably do the job
3. Emu apple glow mask and toner - these are nice but the mask isnt anything special. I wouldnt say it gave a glow but really nice for that moisturised feel. I would probably give this a miss as you cant justify the cost of it. The toner is lovely, I like that it's a water and oil at the same time. Its moisturising and glowy but I'm not blown away by it. Save your money and stick to a good toner and just moisturize.

Of all their products the pore refining mask is the only one I would swear by. Worth every penny as part of your regular routine

This product just made my skin worse I don't often have breakouts but with this product I did which is very confusing. Way overpriced for no reason and the quantity and is barely anything.

I have normal skin and don't normally suffer from acne or breakouts but I find that when I use this mask I do find I break out afterwards. I think that this product is way overpriced for the amount that is given and doesn't give any good results. My skin isn't sensitive either so I am not sure why I breakout with this product. The product seems way bigger online and when it comes is way smaller than imagined.

By the last order, it was supposed that I would get an exfoliator as a gift. they sent me one, that expires in some months Be careful with these offers. This are marketing tricks so that you order, but they sent you products they want to get rid of.

I ordered this 10 days ago and I am not able to track where the order is as it still has not been shipped. I have contacted Customer services and no reply, I sent a message through messenger on Facebook and they told me someone would reply in a few minutes, it's been several hours now. I have now resorted to writing to all the UK stockists to inform them not to stock this product, I am also writing to the Aussie equivalent of consumer regulator. Such a con, should be closed down. I can't even cancel my order and get my money back as no-one is responding,

Had nothing but issues from my first order. Purchased the second order as I had a code for £10 off from my first order, funny enough the £10 code wasn’t working so of course I sent an email and was reassured to purchase the item and I’d receive £10 back in my account. This 2 weeks later still hasn’t happened. My FIRST order which can’t only yesterday and an emailed to state they had added an exfoliator in there I never received this?! I had to email to find out where my order was with no email to state you have too many orders and having a delay till today?! So I’ve made a £80 order which didn’t all come and my £10 still not back in my account?! These products are far too expensive to be mucked around like this. This is my last email before I look for a CEO as I feel this is a big company now and should be treating people this way. I also feel as I’m from the UK I’m not a concern and they only care about orders to Australia or America. So first time using this company and probably the last. Other people do pink clay for less money and probably get the order correct and don’t have to chase! Not happy! Want my exfoliator and my £10 back. Screen shots have been emailed and emailed saved from employee stating my £10 is to be returned.

I tried out the Super Bounce Mask for the very first time and I seen just how amazing the product is! I did a complete full on facial with myself. I paired the Super bounce mask with the Dreamy Glow Drops and it left my skin feeling hydrated and glowy. I kept receiving a lot of great compliments from using the product.
