Some of the products are good but the poor shopping experience doesn’t make it worth it. I placed an order 9 days ago, according to the website they ship in 2-3 days. Well when I chased them it turned out it hasn’t been shipped and they have now cancelled my order because one of the items is low in stock. There’s some talk of a replacement order but not clear when it will arrive. So much hassle and no products in sight.

The Pink Clay Mask is worth the hype!
I finally tried the Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Mask, and I get why it went viral. After just one use, my skin looked so much brighter, and my pores were visibly tighter. Plus, it’s the prettiest pink colour, which honestly makes it super fun to use. I love how easy it is to work into my routine, and it feels like a little skincare treat every time.

I’ve struggled with oily skin and breakouts forever, and have tried so many products but none have worked like this one. I use it twice a week, and it’s the only mask I’ve ever loved so much that I’m literally squeezing out the last bits and buying a new one. It controls the oil without drying me out, and my skin always feels super clean and clear after. My pores look smaller, and I’ve noticed way fewer blemishes since using it. This mask has honestly become a staple in my routine!!

I constantly rave about Sand & Sky to my friends and honestly believe their products have played a huge part in clearing my hormonal acne! I have combination skin and tend to lean more on the oily side, the Sand & Sky oil control range has been amazing for getting my oily skin in check.

The real star for me is the Australian Pink Clay Mask, whenever I use it I find the next day my redness is significantly reduced and any breakouts I have are so much flatter and less irritated. It's my holy grail product and I've lost count of the number of times I've bought it!

For me, nothing compares to sand and sky. I particularly love the Tasmanian spring water range, I have quite sensitive skin and I’ve suffered with acne which I think is due to a damaged skin barrier from using too much products from other brands in the past. Sand and sky is helping to heal my skin. Before damaging my skin, I used sand and sky for years it gives you such a lovely hydrated glow and I am yet to find a moisturiser/ serum that is as lovely and the sand and sky Tasmanian spring water range. Although it definitely isn’t cheap, I feel it is worth the price

The one star is in “kindness” for the product as it is relatively effective.
However in terms of customer service, I’d rate it zero star!!
This company promoted a loyalty program earning points from each purchase which can be used to redeem on a range of items offered from the site. They “quietly” remove the program since the start of 2024 with the premise they’re upgrading the program, with no upfront communication but instead hidden in FAQ when you enquire, as I tried to redeem the rewards point. It’s now October and there’s still no update “A fresh new loyalty program is coming soon!” I’ve lost all the points with no effort at all to resolve nor a commitment of when and/or how my points will be “reimbursed”! There has been no gesture to even offer some solution and when I asked when the new program will be launched, I get told “we don’t have a date”! I for one, will not support a company that treats it’s loyal customer with such contempt, furthermore has no integrity (else why do you hide removal of the rewards program in FAQ instead of respecting and communicating with your customers). I’ve shared my experience with all my family and friends and we have stop purchasing from Sand & Sky, instead we’ve found Loccitane and Appelles have great products which not only have more options on offer, buying options and excellent service with integrity. Ps. Don’t believe nor try to reach out to the management of Sand & Sky, they don’t answer but instead you get a standard reply or even accused of being a difficult customer… well, this customer says bye-bye for good!

I have very finicky combination skin so my opinions are always after testing for reactions then slowly integrating into my routine for a period of time.
Ive found most brands can have both a hero product and one that doesn't agree, so it's normal for my skin to have an adjustment stage when introducing something new.
But with that being said the Oil Control cleanser and mask have been amazing.
Non drying, dare I say hydrating, gentle, lightweight and with some great ingredients.
The mask is probably the most unique, with a hydrating soothing texture ( moisturiser like) that at first I didn't think was going to dry, but slowly it did and without the tight, pulling feeling most masks can have.
It left my skin hydrated, less irritated and kicked the pimple healing process into gear.
I have tried other Sand & Sky products which have also been good, but for me as I have a very clear idea of what I want in my routine, the Oil Control cleanser and mask are the hero products of this range for me at the moment.

I would really avoid Sand & Sky if you have ever thought about buying anything
or opening an account (Don't ) they have been doing maintenance on there accounts since about March not sure what year have lost count !!, with no action to when it will be up and running again.. I am seriously looking at leaving them as a customer.. Right now I am very disappointed with Sand&Sky.

Which at these prices is a hard lesson to learn! For example I'm liking the Tasmanian spring water night cream it's helped the texture of my rosacea cheeks. However the marshmallow toner made my face raw, red and extremely bumpy. I got the oil control mask not necessarily for oil control but for the anti-inflammatory purposes but it hasn't done anything for me.

Bought the tasmainian water day, night and mask creams. I have rosacea and they claim to be fine for sensitive skin. I've been fully flared since using it. My skin is so dry that it's flaking all over (this has never happened in 40 years) it stings after I shower even when the cream isn't being used and feels raw. I also seem to be getting bits on my face like it's forming a film. This means if I try to use makeup it looks dreadful like its peeling.

Just stay away from the brand. You know its shifty when their comment sections on socials don't show the comments!

I got the pink clay mask. Very small amount for the cost, although they are right, a little goes a long way. Made my skin sting and was a really odd consistency as I applied it. Was claggy and not smooth, hard to gauge how much to use. Also smells quite revolting. Skin less oily after use but won’t be buying again. Feel these products are very overpriced also.

Great products that are soft for your skin. No unnecessary ingredients that cause any problems. Love the tasmanian spring water line, my all time fave skin care

The rating is not for the product but for the standard of customer service provided. No acknowledgement or care, simply lip service and some of the most unhelpful CS.

Hi, I bought the anti aging eye cream, saw the tik tok video claiming to help dark circles, aging around the eyes.
Didn't do anything apart from feeling cool around my eyes when applying
The pump bottle didn't work from the start, had to open the bottle and get the product out with a q tip each time. The bottle looked like a tester, was a third full, very disappointed.
I did email, with no reply 🤷‍♀️

I absolutely love these products, I’ve tried a few different ones and my favourite are the hydration ones, with Tasmanian Water. I have the day and night cream, serum, masks and body cream, and they are all amazing for my sensitive and dry skin

TLDR: Fantastic products and equally as amazing customer service. Will always recommend Sand&Sky, and I often do.

I LOVE Sand and Sky. I tried the pink clay mask years ago because my friend recommended it, but it didn’t make that much of a difference for my skin. In January 2022 I decided to give them another try, since they had released new ranges with products, and since then I’ve placed TEN orders. I’ve tried ALL of their products except their new sunscreens. It took some time to figure out which products worked best for my skin (I didn’t do much research and just tried them instead), but my current favourites (the one that have worked the best for me) are:

My skin has never looked better, it’s soft and hydrated and my pimples/acne have basically disappeared completely (apart from the occasional break-out, but that’s hormonal). The products smell and feel amazing, and my absolute favorite is the Tasmanian Spring Water range. It feels so good on your skin, it doesn’t sting even if you’ve exfoliated or skin is irritated, and your skin gets nice and glowy afterwards!

Their customer service is absolutely incredible as well. The few times I’ve had issues with my order or products, or just had questions, I’ve contacted them on Instagram and received quick and helpful responses. They’ve sent replacements without any fuss, and they’re always kind, polite and professional. In short, I couldn’t recommend Sand&Sky more. The products are expensive, but so worth the price tag. I’ve had an amazing experience with the brand!

Terrible products. I bought the Tasmanian water am and pm moisturiser and the emu pink serum. The serum is so drying and didn’t spread so then I tried mixing with the moisturiser. Now a week later my dry skin feels like I’ve been sitting in the Sahara sun for a week and I’m using cereve to calm my face down.
Absolute rubbish.

I have been using these products for some time, started out great and loved the creams but my skin no longer feels as plump as it used to (has ingredients changed). I ordered and paid $52 for the eye cream which was basically empty upon arrival. After complaining to the company they have read my messages and then proceeded to ignore multiple times. When I complained online for others to see they apologised and asked for my order number and then ignored me again with no intention of fixing the issue. Money is NOT worth it. Customer service is very poor. Have waited months for a resolution and gotten nowhere.

I spent over $300 on products from this brand now my plump, fresh skin has gone to hell.
Deep painful zits and tight and dry skin to the point where my skin is painfully peeling into raw, red patches.
my skin is so tight and raw that I’m developing wrinkles in places I’ve never had them before. This isn’t an allergic reaction because I spot tested everything and it was fine for the first week, now I’m embarrassed to even leave my house.
Don’t buy from this brand! I’ve had better results with $2 Kmart creams
