I ordered a Philips Sonicare PowerFlosser. Directly after placing the order, I checked this site and noticed several negative reviews. I was concerned I may have been scammed, so I checked the company's credentials. They checked out. They exist in Toulouse. Happy to report that after a week, Royal Mail indicated they had the parcel and provided tracking details. The item was delivered today, and is as ordered. I would have given five stars, but it did take a fortnight to arrive. The parcel was coming from France, so this is to be expected. In summary, no issues with my order.

Después de más de dos semanas esperando el pedido y sin ninguna noticia, los botes que pedí han llegado reventados, la caja echa polvo y todo el interior lleno de crema. Me parece lamentable la forma de empaquetar unos botes que con total probabilidad y por la delicadeza de los transportistas van a sufrir golpes asegurados.
El empaquetado consistía en una caja mugrienta con un poco de papel dentro, cuatro de esos tres botes que encargué han quedado inutilizables.
Nunca más pediré nada en esta página

Do not buy from here I bought a baby bottle from them and it’s not the same one advertised on their page I paid double the amount including delivery. I wanted the the one advertised because they are sold out everywhere in London the one they sent me is £13.99 in boots London I basically got scammed and I am fuming about this I do not think it’s a legit company feels like a scam I will get my baby bottle or declare full refund if they do not participate in this matter and respect it or I will have no choice but to take legal action I should have read the reviews before I decided to purchase it is now in its box waiting to be sent back with full refund unless again the one advertised is sent
Beware of the products size
Beware of the products size. I got conned by buying hair masks at the price I would normally pay for them and received them in travel size!! Thought these were samples at first. Looks like shrinkflation is going strong at this Business! Also, after opening the bottle of a product I bought, I was left with the strong feeling that it was not properly sealed which made me even more suspicious that the product may not have been brand new so I had to chuck it. This company is now black listed in my household.

Worst service I have ever experienced
I have been a sanareva customer since 2019 and it never happened to me before to get such appalling customer service. I placed an order for which I paid £172 on 27/10/24 and received a parcel with items that had nothing to do with what I ordered. I could only assume it was someone else's order. Contacted customer service and they have been dragging it for more than 10 days, never arranged collection of the parcel nor reassured me that they will solve it asap. I am 8.5 months pregnant and the parcel they sent is really big and heavy. They keep stalling in resolving the mistake that is their fault. Currently I am left with no products (which I was in desperate need of), £172 blocked and an unresponsive Sanareva customer service. Honestly I have had enough, this is an absolute disgrace.
Excellent experience
The cost of the soaps I buy was half that of other UK suppliers, the delivery time is clearly explained along with cost. I ordered enough products to make the delivery price work for me and received my order well within the specified time.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido muy decepcionante y siento la necesidad de compartirlo. La información que proporcionan en su sitio web es engañosa. A pesar de que indican que no se cobran gastos de envío a partir de cierta cantidad de compra, me encontré con que me cobraban por el envío al realizar el pedido, lo cual contradice claramente su política publicada.
Además, aunque su página asegura que el tiempo de entrega es de 24/48 horas, he estado esperando más de una semana y todavía no recibo mi pedido. He intentado contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente en múltiples ocasiones a través de correo electrónico, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Parece ser que no cuentan con un servicio de atención al cliente efectivo o simplemente no responden a las inquietudes de los clientes.
En resumen, esta ha sido una de las peores experiencias de compra que he tenido. Aconsejo precaución antes de realizar un pedido en este sitio, ya que su fiabilidad y servicio al cliente dejan mucho que desear y pondré una reclamación seria en la OCU

Thank you, Sanareva, for ,again , another ordered delivered on time. All the products were intact (ordered Plasma Quinton- which are glass ampoules )and present ( no item missing). Tracking is accurate and you can see the route at any point.

SANAREVA shall not be held liable in the event of longer delivery times, as long as the legal delivery period of 30 days is respected.
If the legal deadline of 30 days is exceeded, the Customer has the right and possibility of cancelling the order and requesting a refund, if, after sending a formal notice by registered mail or by email to SANAREVA's Customer Service department asking them to make the delivery within a reasonable extension of time, SANAREVA has failed to do so within this new deadline. Refunds will be made at the Customer's discretion, in the form of a credit on the Customer's Sanareva Savings or a refund, and will be made within 14 days of the Customer's request for a refund at the latest.

I ordered 3 supposedly rose scented…
I ordered 3 supposedly rose scented soaps. When I received them, I opened one to discovered It was miss packaged with an olive scented one. I also opened the other 2 soaps to discovered the same problem. I emailed them asking them for a return address and a refund once they received the products but they refused to do so claiming there was no point sending them back since the wrapping papers of the soaps were opened ( and presumably they couldn t sell the miss packaged soaps again to unsuspecting customers....). Very appalling customer service , avoid at all costs.
Reported Health Hazard 8 Months Ago, awaiting reply
On 7 March 2023, I sent a message through the online form reporting products made of shark cartilage and shark liver oil, which have been proven to be unsafe for human consumption. I sent over half a dozen peer-reviewed studies alerting to the high risk and inefficiency of those supplements, claiming ‘the consumption of shark products may pose a human risk for BMAA exposures’ ‘[a] risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Parkinson-dementia complex’. Still awaiting a reply.
This reveals bad customer service as well as a blatant disregard for the customer’s health and well-being, which seems to go against what is being advertised throughout the website.

Just to begin with, I never left a bad review so far but I was so disappointed by this company, how they dealt with my enquiry, how they presented their product and the use of the item.
I was looking for ages to find a pot/potty with a table tray so I can put my 8 months in and make sure he will not fall out.
I used Google to find what I was looking for, this product was keep coming up as a first result.
It took me weeks till I decided to order the products from Sanareva even if I had to pay almost 10£ for delivery.
It took about 7 days for the product to arrive, they said it would take 4-6 days, ok not a problem.
Anyhow, when the product came obviously I opened the bag from the item so I can have a look, by my surprise it was only a chair with a hole on it and a tray I could put it over the hole.
Now, the product mentioned that it helps your child to lean about facilitating the learning of cleanliness and that by adding the plastic cover over the top it becomes a chair. The product is a 3-1. There was only 1 picture, really difficult to see exactly how the product looks like.
Good, looking at the peoduct, there is just a chair with a hole and the tray no underneath pot to be used, no table tray.
The product was 24.40 plus the transport got to roughly 34£.
I emailed the company straight away and said that I am not happy, they answer once asking for some pictures of the product and their response saying that I am not entitled to return it as the product was open. After that I was keep sending few emails mentioning that I am not happy and the product doesn't feet its purpose but I had no more replies.
I am really disappointed and I feel like I've been treated unfairly without any help and there is nothing I can do, I bet they know this.
Maybe some if you disagree with my comment but I feel trully disappointed and maybe sad and I'm left with this piece of plastic in my house which I really don't want it.

I returned my order on the 9th…
I returned my order on the 9th September and am still waiting for my refund. I have provided proof of posting and they say that they have not received the return. It does not take 3 weeks for an item to be received from the UK to France and they are not refunding my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is terrible!

I ordered some food supplements…
I ordered some food supplements available only in France through this company and they arrived within a week, exactly the same as I had purchased previously when in France. I was worried because of all the bad reviews but I don't think many people realise this is a French company providing products possibly not available to purchase in the UK to the UK. That means postage will be more expensive the the time it takes for delivery will take longer. Mine took a week. Letters, Postcards from France to the UK take the same time! It is also worth mentioning that the cost was no more than I paid when I purchased this product in France.

So I am giving 5 stars for the reviews and for saving me the hassle. And to Sanareva. If you are still operating then you probably wont be for much longer. You should be ashamed of the way you treat customers. Your responses are insulting and you will receive back the same karma you have given.
