Salt beer Factory are 5 star rated. Company is brilliant and the beer is first class.
The downside is using DPD.
The first order didn't arrive as they said they couldn't find our property,so they sent it back to Salt Beer. Who were brilliant and sent it back with DPD.
DPD walked through a gate with a sign on it, saying please do not use this gate go around to the door on the other side of the house. They promptly put the beer in a cardboard box on decking by a French window
in the pouring rain.
There wasn't any mail from DPD saying it had been delivered.
For some reason I went on DPD website, and tracked my parcel. It was two hours later and I found a picture of my French window with the soggy beer casing. Thank you Salt Beer, no thank you DPD.

I love your beer but wanted to say thank you for switching to dpd for delivery, and integrating with Apple Pay so I can track the journey/delivery time. I have no affiliation to dpd but they seem to be the only delivery company that can find our house. Can’t remember who you previously used but they were terrible & made the delivery experience off-putting. Anyway, cheers

My first order direct from Salt Brewery, although I’ve been drinking the beers for ages. And the service is as good as the beers. Very highly recommended.👍

Great beer, very fast delivery, but the packaging was poor and even though I was in all day, the driver left the package on the front door step, without ringing the door bell, in the pouring rain. Dreadful service.
