Good communication

I sent my belts to be re-webbed and they did them in the wrong color. Honest mistake and they have since rectified the mistake. The Red webbing looks great and done promptly. Besides the communication about the mistake, good transaction and quality work.

Actual date was September 27th 2017. 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. The driver's side seatbelt repair is still working fine. Wasn't sure if I could get the old seatbelt out, but I did. I only used stamps for exact postage. Nothing fancy just made sure the seat belt was protected and my name and address were on the seatbelt. It was returned to me by regular mail in perfect condition. When I installed the repair, the the seatbelt code went out. Has been out ever since. The seatbelt the dealer installed on the passenger side in 2014 has now incurred a defect. It seems Safety Restore's repairs may be better than the original manufacturing.

They did a very good job color matching and re-webbing a set of vintage seat belts. It took longer than I expected but I am very satisfied with the final results.

Don't rely on the 24 hour guaranteed turnaround time. They had my seatbelt for 8 days before they officially received it for repair. How convenient to not show it is received until they’re ready to make the repair. The actual work is outstanding, just understand that their 24 hour time frame is not realistic. And rarely do they answer their phone, so be prepared to be on hold for awhile and then you’re just able to leave a message, which they then don’t return the call.

Called them to have my seat belts restored they took the payment I told them it’s dual airbag seatbelt, person on the phone told me he will charge me for single, sent it in another lady called me told me I have to pay extra for the dual week later was very rude and not professional. After all it took over a month to get my seatbelts back.

They promise on the website that the repair is within 24 hours and it's been 2 weeks since my part has been with them

A couple of the things that I like about this service: (1) it is pretty fast, with the items repaired and returned to me in about a week to 10 days after I sent them; (2) the company sends a text to say that they have received the items and later a text to say they have completed repairs and are sending the items back.
