Great customer service. I needed a piece about 8 years after they did work for me and they sent it out with no questions asked.

They provided the service I requested within the time frame stated with no drama, no issues - the result was a fully restored product. I would recommend to anyone seeking any sort of seatbelt related services.

One Star is still too high for them.If you want and like troubles... give them your business. 6 phones call for get a sample seat belt color to choose... But not learn my lesson, I gave them my seat belt.. Received my package Monday morning 8h 11 am and Wednesday 4h35 PM I called them for get news about belt and Jonathan says You didn't pay the right shipping on our website for returning...Wrong because they told me enter your address and our website will add automatically the return cost to your country. Shit ...he asked me and other $55. NO OTHER choice I paid over the phone the amount... Now I haven't tracking, I don't know where is my package and when I will receive it. I try to reach them: 1- text message= no answer, Email= no answer, phone = voice mail and nobody return your message I never seen that REAL JOKE When you choose Option 1.... Sergey at sale He don't want to help you out...he transfert my call option 2 customer service on a voice mail again... I previously sent my SRS unit to Safetyrestore for service and had no issues. Their service was fine and the unit functioned as intended. Having a satisfactory experience I decided to also use Saferestore for my seatbelt servicing. Safetyrestore received my seatbelt on 3/16 and promptly sent it out 3/17. I monitored the tracking provided and that weekend it stated it was delivered… to the wrong address, somewhere in another state. I called them the following Monday to inquire. They stated the wrong tracking information was provided and the shipping department will be in contact with me. Another week goes by with no contact, no email, nothing. Unfortunately this is my driver seatbelt so I'm going longer without my car being operable. I reach out once again a week after my first call to inquire again. They stated there was a shipping error and they were working with the recipient to get my seatbelt back. No attempt to remedy the situation, no refund offered, nothing. It has been another 3 days since with no response nor updated tracking. Safetyrestore presents with ease of contact via chat/text/email options but is either understaffed in customer service or lacking access. I have elevated this dispute through the BBB and SafetyRestore remains obstinate. Though a refund was offered in name it took me reversing the charge with my credit card company to get the service charge back for an item I never received.

Emailed before to make sure they could remove the Emergency Management Loop in my Miata seatbelt, since I was replacing my airbag with an aftermarket steering wheel. Assured me it would be no problem. I put the seatbelts in ziploc bags and wrote on it "No EML on this belt." Belts were re-webbed and returned very quickly, but my request to remove the EML was ignored. Installed anyway, as I needed my car back on the road. Retraction of the driver side is now pretty noisy. Wasn't there before. Sounds like when you've locked a belt and have to extend it all the way to get it to retract - except my belts don't lock like that, and it's noisy no matter how far I pull it out. The webbing is nice and seems high quality.

Had the hard to find 2000 Toyota Tacoma frayed seatbelt and a new one was close to $500.I got ahold of this company via chat and everything went as they said.On time and trouble free.The seatbelt works better and looks better than ever before.I would not hesitate to recommend safety first..Thanks

I sent 2 tripple stage seat belts in to get repair as they were locked from an accident. I got them back and the steel body brackets were bent all up on both of them. Only reason I would think they would have bent them was to install the cheesy taper headed screws in place of a spot weld. The screws at the head hang out. I do not think the mfg would consider this a good repair. I can't even bolt the seat belts back into the bronco due to how bad they bent the bodies. They do not call back, they do not answer emails, they do not respond to reviews. I would avoid them as their popularity and good customer service in the past lead them to not having to respond these days and becoming fine with bad customer service.

1. Puntualmente, las 24 horas de reparation y devolución, simplemente no es cierto.
2. Me he comunicado por texto, email y chat de la pagina web de Safety Restore Inc. y el feedback no es su punto fuerte.
3. HOY Martes 1 de Julio 2025 dijeron que iban a mandar el numero de seguimiento *al final del dia*, son las 9pm y por supuesto nunca llego. (no cumplen lo que dicen).
4. Pregunte absolutamente todo a detalle, precios de reparación y reseteo de modulo de bolsas de aire, me dijeron un precio y al otro día faltaban $20 (LOL).

Nota: Espero que no me salgan con una sorpresa con el modulo del airbag.

Scam company , willl drag on email to ask you why their reset didnt work. My mechanic said they didnt even touch it , paid to ship to them and the whole process, then stops replying to emails for refund.

I haven't received my seatbelt back yet, so I can't comment on the quality of their work.
However, I agree with Lakeranger - their customer service is lacking.
Their claim of 24 hour repairs is strictly based on the time period within which a technician gets to work on your seatbelt.
It is NOT based on when they receive it, even though their email confirmations and website make it seem this way. They received my seatbelt on Monday morning.

When I chatted online with "Sergey" he said my repair was taking longer as they it need a specialist.
However, when I called customer service they said Sergey wasn't speaking from anything he could confirm, and denied that my service took longer. Instead, customer service just kept saying the work was done within 24 hours, even though it was two days since receiving it (Tuesday end of day). As well, Sergey claimed it was shipped but couldn't provide a tracking number or any info.
Customer service then said it was not shipped yet. Instead I was told it would go out at the end of day Wednesday.
As I questioned him about this timing, he eventually just hung up on me.

So be aware - 24hours means about three days from receipt to shipping, assuming all goes well.
Also, if there's a delay - you better just accept the explanation because they won't offer any compensation or deviate from their "24 hours" claim.

EDIT: I have installed the repaired seatbelt and it works well. I recommend their work, but remember their turnaround time can be longer than they advertise.

SAFETY RESTORE to the RESCUE!
Needed a seatbelt pretensioner for a 2006 Cadillac SRX that had been in family since purchased new! Both the local dealership and GM corporate confirmed the part was discontinued with none available...Enter "Evan"with Safety Restore..

They clearly state in their ad that they restore all Chrysler SRS control module, that is a lie, I sent them a module from my dodge ram and they sent it back a week later with a sticker attached to the module that says could not restore, no other info I contacted them and they simply said we don't have the software for that model, 18 dollars to ship it to them and of course they charged my card for return shipping, so 40 dollars and a week wasted, they do say they treat you like family. My family does not steal from each other. Beware!

Everything was done professionally. And the results came out perfect. Pleased and happy.
