Safestore - Wood Green Bewertungen 

I rented from wood green and was treated appallingly by management.
I was overcharged despite having an agreed amount in initial contract.
As payments are automated they take advantage of this.
When trying to rectify this they refused to respond in writing via email, management bullying in person while I was in my unit .I explained everything in email in bullet points. They explained they have no complaints procedure.This is not legal with regulated companies.
They also raise rents every 2 months without warning, again contract ignored.
When removing my goods there was a lot of moth damage and goods missing. The roofs of each unit are open and next to each other so not secure. The insurance was deemed void as they sell you their insurance which when you try to complain they block it so essentially a scam.
When I wanted to move my goods management became very difficult arguing I had to give notice on a specific day and it had to be at a specific hour of day. To safe hassle I gave the extra notice. The store closed at 6 I had arranged for a late afternoon pick up but was denied entry stating I could only move my goods in the morning. Again not in contract. As I was denied entry they said I had to give notice to vacate again.Essentially another month's notice on top of the notice I had already gave.
There was a lot more that happened but bringing a group claim against them so limited to what I can say
In essence they are money hungry and are operating outside of consumer guidelines.

I have been your client for 10 days, during which no concerns were raised. However, I was recently contacted by phone, and the caller shouted at me, stating that my lock was not suitable and threatening a fine. And, of course, they force you to buy a padlock from them.

When I responded in writing asking for clarification regarding the nature of the complaint, the specific terms or references supporting it, and details of the purported fine, I did not receive any reply.

I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional.

Clean and well kept facility

We used the Wood Green branch of Safestore for a couple of months whilst we were refitting our premises. The service was absolutely amazing, all the staff were very helpful and in particular the manager, Bash. First time we used a storage facility and the team made everything easy and took the stress out of the situation. Only downside were the conversations about football on Mondays after another Liverpool defeat and an Arsenal win.

Friendly and accommodating staff, quickly dealt with enquiry and quickly produced quote for unit storage. Altogether to be recommended
