Staff last Sunday was approachable, helpful and came out positive and made me feel welcomed. It was after 4pm, my friend was late picking me up and he allowed me to wait in the office after hours...thank you 🤗🙌🙏

Right from my first phone call, the staff at Safestore were helpful and friendly!
They answered my questions and explained the system.
When I went there today, Ismet went through the paperwork and then took me to the unit and explained the trolleys and fobs.

The woman who works in chingford bruch is very rude and unfriendly. I have been customer there for an year. She behaved very badly. I dont recommend .
