My replacement TRI CREE LED MODULE arrived and got wired in perfectly to save my saber. Thankful that saberforge had these available and easy to wire up. Overall great quality product in a perfect green color for my needs.

Happy with the lightsaber. It just took longer than I thought it would take, but about as long as everyone else said it was going to take. Sometimes the the button is a bit glitchy and doesn't work properly.

Love the product. It’s awesome. Works really well. Sadly I feel cheated. I paid for a service and that service wasn’t provided. Eco sabers take 2-4 weeks to ship. Those aren’t my words but the company’s words. When I bought my saber I paid for the service times that they offered. It took 6 weeks for the saber to ship. What’s worse is I emailed them once right before the two week mark explaining how I would appreciate it if they were able to get the package to me before I went on vacation (which was taking place right after the four week mark). I figured they’d send it around the 4 week mark and then it would still arrive while I was out. They responded that they couldn’t expedite the order process however they did tell me that my saber was in the final stage and close to being done. That was right before the two week mark. I don’t t even know how that last step during the order process can take 4 weeks. I bet it could’ve been done in one day. Nevertheless I waited and then sometime near the 6th week I reached out again to see how things were coming along. No response. They shipped it out sometime after that during the sixth week and then responded saying that according to their records it was shipped. Well, yes, according to my records it was shipped too cause I got a text! I’m just disappointed they didn’t work on it fast and fulfill the written statement they made on their website that I paid for. I wish I got a refund or some generous offer for my wait and disappointment.

I am so happy! I eagerly await the next event where I can show off my saber! I LOVE my truly custom saber! Thank you for your vast selection of parts!

Catiously Optimistik. So far i’ve had a pretty good experience. A couple of days between communicstion, but they’ve done a good job reassuring me so far.

The quality of the saber far surpasses the Ultra Saber that I have. Will definitely go with Saber Forge from now on.

Everything was in good condition but didn't come with the hex key that was said to have come with the order.

Pretty good, lil but difficult to learn how to use the button and can be frustrating at times, but you get used to it.

I found this exact saber at blu bull outer rim for $506 shipped with a Military discount vs the $668 I paid Saberforge. I have contacted Saberforge three times about a price match or return. So far no reply at all. I have yet to open the box. Saberforge was one of my favorite sites. I used to recommend it to friends. No longer. It now ranks in the bottom of the pile for customer service. Not too late for Saberforge to come through and hopefully they will. As for now it has been an awful experience I will never repeat.

My order came safe and sound and in 6 weeks which is quite good for a custom saber. Saberforge never disappoints.
