Excellent product, very happy.

I purchased the Braunston 8-Seater Square Picnic Table. Unfortunately, the delivery company dropped it off the back of the truck tail lift and it was damaged. Rutland customer service was extremely helpful and arranged replacement parts to be delivered quickly.
Constructing the table was straightforward, though you need a reasonable level of DIY skills. The quality of the table is excellent, very heavy duty and looks like it should last well. Very pleased with the product and my overall experience of Rutland County Garden Furniture.

The picnic table arrived well packed my wife and I put it together in a couple of hours .
This is a first class product and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase other products from you .

Bought two wood stores and very happy with them. Took a fair while to ship without any updates but they did respond to email when I asked. Arrived safely and looks good - as advertised. Construction is simple enough but is in competent DIY territory. The parts are unlabelled but easy enough to identify. Getting the doors on needs some adjustments which could be better covered in the instructions. Don’t attempt without gloves and an cordless impact driver.

Very poor quality -only just assembled & 2 of the slats has come away already. Sorry but expected more

I really like the table we bought - it’s solid and a good size, but we didn’t have a great experience while buying it.

Initially the page and instructions said it would be delivered in six pieces with no special tools required - the four benches, and two main parts for the table. This wasn’t the case and it came in lots of pieces and the holes weren’t pre-drilled.

After contacting them, we were told to follow the instructions for the round table so set about doing this only to find there weren’t enough screws. Contacted them again and had to wait for the screws to be delivered.

In the end it we put it together but it took a lot more time and effort than was expected from the description, and we had to contact them a few times. Although they were apologetic, if my husband was reviewing this he’d score it much lower as he got really frustrated

It was also frustrating that the delivery person abandoned it in my driveway in full view of the main road without even knocking

Despatch timeline was ok and communication satisfactory. Disappointed with product. When you order something stained brown you don’t expect cut ends showing natural wood colour. As a result the ends of the roof and the door edges are very noticeable, resulting in the need for me to purchase some stain to complete the job to a satisfactory standard. One of the shelf batons was also a miss with the nail sticking out.

On the website the table which we purchased showed in the assembly instructions that is should have been 7 pieces plus the screws. The bench parts of the picnic table on the assembly instructions looked like they came fully built so should have been about 30 minutes to build up those 7 pieces but each bench required building up of 5 different pieces. Some parts were not pre drilled. Therefore increasing that build time by over an hour. The assembly instructions did not match up with the table as on the instructions it says to drill and screw through the top of the table yet there were 4 pre drilled holes in the supports for the table top. Very frustrating when you build 75% of it and you run out of screws to finish building the table. The replacement screws were sent out relatively quickly but overall quite a poor experience considering we bought the table as it looked like minimal parts to piece together.

Excellent product, first wooden self-assembly item we have purchased that actually fits together easily and exactly described because nothing is warped, wonky or off-square.
Only downside we found was that instructions weren't included with the delivery but we eventually found them on the company website

Everything ok, delivery a bit slow!

Very solid product - logstore. Delivered within a couple of weeks and straightforward to construct.
Only downside was no instructions but was able to source online.

Very impressed at the quality of the log store we purchased. Extremely easy to construct. Delivery was seamless too

Arrive on time. The two guys who delivered it were very kind and placed my purchase in the garden which was very helpful.

We bought a wood store which was delivered when stated and in good condition. It went together with no trouble at all (although it's definitely a two-person job) and looks really good. It's a very well-made product. The only down side was realising that the assembly instructions were only available online. We got round this but downloading them to my phone and taking it to the bottom of the garden with us.
