Looks like sending wrong items and ignoring customer is the norm, that’s what you get for not looking on trustpilot before purchase. Wrong brackets sent, emailed nothing, message on WhatsApp nothing, even though you could see they had looked at the message. I’ll just order some brackets from Amazon. Won’t purchase again from you , I’ll use someone else for the other radiators

Fast delivery, good quality, not really achievable with big brand stores. The shelf is really made out of 100 wood, looks stunning. Solid brackets comes with it.

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a radiator shelf. When item came one of the brackets that you screw onto shelf to connect to radiator was bent, so this meant it did not sit flush and was not straight. I sent message on 18th March to request a replacement bracket, asked to send pic and video which I did, and was told a replacement would be sent. A week later, no replacement bracket arrived, I messaged them again to ask if one had been sent, they messaged back to confirm it had. A week later, still nothing so messaged again and now completely ignoring me. Not only do they send out faulty/damaged items, they also lie and tell you they have sent a replacement. I have all messages on WhatsApp. Luckily I paid via PayPal, so will now open a case with them for refund

I purchased some 'Heavy Duty Vertical Shelf Up Brackets' from Rusticland in April 2024 to mount some shelves I already had. They are great quality and were delivered promptly. Very happy with them.

I was very pleased with my order and delivery service, it was exactly as advertised. I would order again fr9m them with confidence!

Can’t comment on the table and bench that was £800 as it’s in storage with the delivery company and has been for a week now, every day I get a reschedule text then later the same day get another text saying sorry can’t deliver as delivery fee has not been paid and as I’m writing this I’ve had a text to reschedule no doubt will get another text later telling me the fee hasn’t been paid, this is my fifth reschedule now, I’ve tried to contact rusticland by phone pointless I think it’s just for show no answer no voicemail no nothing! I’ve emailed I’ve used the chat on the website I’m getting nothing back from this company, if I ever get my table and bench I will review it honestly but as for the company I personally would not use again because of the bad experience, since writing this review I have received my table and bench and the quality is excellent, it’s exactly as it should be in fact better than expected, solid, sturdy and extremely heavy with X frame legs and solid wood top the stain colour (rustic pine) is just right, size the quality overall everything perfect it’s just a shame about the bad experience with delivery

I bought a bar table which initially appeared to be good quality however within a couple of months the table top started to bow causing the screws to snap off as it pulled its self away from the metal frame. Despite several emails and phone calls I am yet to receive any response. Stay clear!!!

We spent several weeks conversing on e mail with rusticland re a custom steel table frame. We discussed all relevant elements with them - Dimenions of table, weigh of the table top we were going to use and various frame options. Rusticland confirmed to us in writing that the frame we eventuallly decided on would be suitable and strong enough to work with the table top we had chosen. We also paid additional costs for a custom colour offered on their website.

The table frame arrived and looked great. We assembled, but upon sitting at the table it was obvious that the table wobbled from side to side. We e mailed rusticland and were told to take the table apart and re assemble. So we did. The same thing happened. They then told us that we had used the wrong screws, which we hadn't. And then they told us to hire a local DIY man, which we did, but he agreed with us that we hadn't done a thing wrong. The table frame they had assured us in writing was suitable simply wasnt strong enough for the size and weight of the table.

This company, despite having all facts to hand, willingly sold us a table frame that wasn't suitable for the table top we would pair with it. They did so knowing the exact details of the table top (weight, dimensions etc) and have since told us that as it was a 'custom' order it is our problem. We even offered to cover costs if sending the table back to them, despite this clearly being their error, yet they are now refusing to respond to any e mails.

Terrible terrible customer service. Over £400 spent with all the assurances they gave us.

Use at your own risk.

Fabulous product. Sadly one star taken away because of poor correspondence.
That said, I would recommend this company.

Such a rude customer service
Not only did they send us the wrong size table but refused to exchange, In fact they advised us to either change the position of our kitchen, sell it or give it away.
Certainly will not be using this company again but i will be doing my best to advise others not to use this awful company

We are interested in buying the TAB30 table and need to know the height of the underside of the table to make sure our dining chairs with arms can fit underneath.

I've phoned six times but the phone rings out as they don't have voice mail switched on . I got the wrong information from their online chat service and having sent two emails and had to wait three days for another incorrect dimension, I've given up.

If they can't even communicate quickly and can't give simple dimensions for their own product I don't think I want to get involved with them. Too risky, especially reading the other reviews. What a shambles.

After trying to contact via phone, email and website chat to order one of there products I finally gave up! Their work looks of good quality but 48hrs with zero communication I’ve decided to go to storm interiors as they picked up the phone, communicated well on what’s app, sent and invoice.

I don’t like to write a bad review and there products look very well made. I hope they manage to fix their communication channels in future as I’m sure it will bring much revenue. Maybe it’s a small company under pressure to fulfil orders, I wish them well in the future

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The bar table we recently purchased is extremely poorly made..this is pine wood just painted the colour you order.. even that was wrong though and we were sent a different colour. Reading other reviews this seems to be a trend.
The boards are scratched, dented, and uneven so a glass placed at the wrong position on the boards does not sit level.
Rusticland are very quick to put the blame on the courier company Customer service is shocking.
Been told if we want a refund we need to pay for the return of the item!!
We have a faulty product far from what we expected,damaged, badly made and they have the cheek to ask us to pay more money for the return!
This will be taken further.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE RELIABLE COMPANY.

Faulty product also damaged during delivery - Rusticland’s eventual response, for a refund I have to organise the return of the table.

Aside from the issues with the product (which was tarnished and incorrectly constructed), it was not well packaged (the table top was covered by a cardboard lid) and there was no instruction to handle with care, it’s unsurprising there was further damage during transportation,

In the absence of a reasonable solution being considered or offered, I am taking further action - avoid!

Terrible company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolutely disgusting attitude towards customer service. They ignore emails most of the time and never answer the phone. They take no responsibility for mistakes or issues with unsatisfied customers. The table and benches I believed to have ordered, based on their website images, is absolutely NOT the actual items that arrive. I believed I was ordering a natural reclaimed rustic table and benches, instead I got some cheap looking stained pine rubbish - False advertising!! I’ve reported them to trading standards.

Outstanding quality product, excellent customer service.
Helped with the ordering process and very responsive when I checked on delivery. Took just short of 5 weeks from order - being made - to delivery. So pleased with my table. It’s unique.

Love my new table and stools, first time ordering, very pleased but lacking a little with communication but would order again as quality is great.
