Lies about car seats to attract customers
Terrible company full of liars.
They tell you they offer a free baby car seat and then 5 minutes before pick up they call to say our driver does not have 1. We know minicabs and taxi’s are not mandatory to have them but we wanted it for out safety hence we asked repeatedly about it when booking.
We continue as we had no choice and asked to ensure the driver on the way back did have one and we were reassured they will, however when he arrived he came with a pram seat attachment claiming it’s a car seat and it’s very safe, he uses it for his children everyday! What an idiot using a pram attachment as a car seat! We refused and continue to hold the baby on our journey. We should have found an alternative arrangement. Avoid at all costs especially if they say “we will provide a car seat”
