Absolutely terrible!

I booked my day 5 test through RT Diagnostics so I could come out of quarantine early. I sent the test off very early on day 5 and it was received the following day at 8am. At the time, results were guaranteed 24 hours after receipt, so I expected results by 8am the following day. I ended up getting my results at 6pm that day.

I made a complaint and was told that my results were given less than 24 hours after receipt. I explained they were not and demonstrated proof, but never got a reply. Avoid at all costs!

We took a fit to fly test on the 2nd of june as we were flying on the 4th ie within 72hrs
we received our results on the afternoon of the 8th
ie 4 days after our flight
a turnaround of 6 plus days

It seems very odd to me that all the dodgy reviews have only come about AFTER an article in the paper. It's almost as if they're wanting money back and some compensation ..

Been asking for a refund for weeks for a day 2 test for which I never received the results. Dozens of calls, emails and web messages. This is my third review. Don't ever use this company.

DO NOT use this company. They must be a scam. They do send the tests but they never send the results.
I ordered and prepaid the tests for day 2 and 8. I received them within 24 hours which was amazing. The test vials had different colour liquid. HOWEVER, there was no specification which should be used on day 2 and which on 8. I tried to contact them. I sent multiple emails but never received a reply. Eventually I wrote a letter of complaint. I got an email back from someone who was supposed to be a manager. My question was very simple. Which test vial to be used on day 2 and which one on day 8? This took 1 week to be resolved.

I came back to the UK. I registered the test day 2 and did it. I contacted the manager informing him about me taking the test. I poste the test promptly. Al these happened on the 27/06/2021. Guess what..... I still do not have the results. I sent multiple emails but no response. I tried to call but there is no one to answer the phone calls and the line gets cut off. They have disappeared. I had to call 119 and inform them.
I have disputed the transaction through my credit card and I have sent an email to appropriate organization to report them and file a formal complaint.

It is such a shame to take advantage of us like that. Worst company ever.

First test result was three days late. Second test result never arrived. Don’t use this company. Rubbish service.

Been a victim of this lot. Just to let you know that The Sun newspaper has uncovered the fraud that this company is, there is a video on Telegram (don't know how to forward it) that shows the investigators have gone in and the tests are just piling up in boxes, never been tested, they were getting 10,000 a day that were just being dumped in bin bags. I hope they get sent to jail for fraud. I have been looking at other testing companies, many seem to be just jumping on the band wagon to make money I fear. Are they bona fide? The government website says that anyone can declare themselves a testing company and that the government will take them at their word to set up shop no inspection or anything required. Scandalous

If you paid by credit card and didn't get what you paid for then either request a chargeback from your CC company or consider a small claims court action (simple to do online). Companies who choose to fail their customers don't really care about poor reviews so long as they can hang on to your money.

This covid testing fraud is putting lives at risk, those who are complicit should be jailed.

DONT ,dont anyone use this shyster of a firm. I booked the day 5 and day 8 tests and sent them off for testing. Had NO replies to either. Tried to call them and on hold for over an hour and half so gave up. I have emailed and not even had an acknowledgement. Apparently they are run by a Labour Councillor called Faisal Shoukat. They are a disgrace and thieves.

Good to see that this company has finally been exposed in the Newspapers , they are crooked and they do not provide a service!

We applied for day 2 and 8 tests which arrived promptly. Sent them all back and then nothing!! Nothing on their website and their response was that all 4 tests had been entered incorrectly on their system. We asked for a refund and still nothing. Do not use this company. Complete waste of money

Read The Sun article called “Test and Disgrace” to give you an insight how this “company” is fabricating test results and dumping the kits untested in blag bags behind the office.

Despite reading quite a few negative reviews for this company, I can report that I have had excellent service.
Day 2 & 8 tests arrived within 48 hours of order. There was a slight problem with link for PLF reference number but the problem was quickly sorted out with a phone call.
I posted my Day 2 test using Royal Mail Priority Box and received confirmation that it had been received. The result & certificate were issued less than 24 hours later.
Ditto Day 8 result..

This company are thieves. Sham company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased 2 sets of Day 2, 8 and 5 PCR tests prior to an essential trip for me and my daughter. The company only delivered one set, and I had to cancel my daughter's trip because of the shortage of time. I contacted the company by telephone, email and web enquiry, without any success. Big thieves making money out people's despair.

Beware! I’ve ordered day 2 tests when I was abroad and needed to register them on RT diagnostics website in order to be able to travel back to the UK, however their website didn’t work.
I called customer service and spent 30 mins on a call with a gentleman that hd no idea what he was doing - he promised me a refund and said he would cancel my order.
I came back home to the UK and to my surprise the tests were still delivered to me (way later than day 2 anyway!) so I emailed to flag this and again for my refund. Had to email 3 times to get a response - it’s been 6 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund… terrible business and customer service team

Having received the tests in good time (ordered weeks before I flew) its been 6 days waiting for my day 2 test results. Submitting day 8 tomorrow!

Getting hold of people isn't easy and its compounded by very poor English. This isn't a great place to spend your money.

I had a PCR test yesterday. I had problems getting my PCR test result as I provided the wrong email address. Shaz at RT Diagnostics was very helpful. He efficiently resolved the problem and got the results to me. Great customer service.

Like many people on this forum, I'm waiting for a refund and am yet to hear back from RT Diagnostics.

First, they blamed their delivery partner and said the tests should be arriving shortly. That was 2 months ago - still no signs of the tests. I've known the Royal Mail to be delayed but not by 2 months.

Not great bussiness.
