This site is an amazing opportunity to get quality products at almost wholesale prices. The customer service was excellent as well. I would recommend going through RTA direct over the big box stores.

We recently had our master bath remodeled and reached out to Jared at RTA Direct for the cabinets that we were searching for. We tried different stores and locally owned businesses but were more than pleased when we found RTA direct and decided they were the best. Very professional, polite, great prices, and he kept us informed about the process. When the cabinets came it was exactly what I ordered and was extremely happy with the process. I am very pleased with RTA Direct service and highly recommend.

I am so happy with my cabinets! The quality exceeded my expectations. Lisa was amazing and pulled together a great design. She found ways to keep me on budget by using standard products that made my kitchen look even more customized and addressed all my wants. I had some damage from the carrier, again Lisa gave me great guidance before the carrier arrived on what to do when the carrier got their. Due to her great communication, I got things documented with the carrier. After that Jared jumped through hoops to ensure I got all my damaged product replaced and that I was satisfied. The cabinets were not hard to assemble, and are really solid.

I would use RTADirect again and would recommend them to all my friends!

I was getting ready to remodel my kitchen and had very little experience on taking on a project this large. Jared was so patient and helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I was very needy at times and I appreciate how he guided me through it all and gave me suggestions that I would have never thought of on my own. A couple of the doors arrived cracked and Jared immediately replaced them so as not to hold up my contractor. It was such an easy experience and I was surprised at how much money I saved and the quality of my new cabinets!! Thank you so much and I will refer you with much praise and will definitely get my bathroom cabinets when the time comes. Much gratitude!!

I recently ordered some cabinets from RTADIRECT. The experience was great from the first interaction when I had some questions regarding specific product measurements to placing my order. Once my cabinets were delivered, I realized I ordered one cabinet that was the wrong size. I contacted customer support since shipping for this new cabinet very expensive... RTADIRECT stepped up and helped with cover the cost of shipping. Who says customer service is dead?!? In addition to their great customer service, the cabinets appears to be of very good quality.

We did a ton of research on wood cabinets. The cabinet quality is the best we found, and we appreciate the constant timely communication on the design ideas. The shipping was amazing and dropped in our garage because we had it all ready and emptied. Our kitchen is now the best in town! It is truly Pintrest worthy. The payment plan was ideal to finance the project over 6 months.
