I have undertaken RRC online learning course on NEBOSH Environmental Management Diploma program, I managed to clear the first stage written examination after completing first module. The I continued for IDEM2 the practical assessment and cleared it after few more months. I found the training materials, handouts and specifically the online tutor recorded videos very informative and super convenient to learn from at any point of time.

I would just like to thank RRC for all the support and assistance over the last four years.
I would throughly recommend this course provider to anyone wishing to attain professional qualifications whilst balancing a busy,working life.
The staff and tutors are second to none and I will be definitely dealing with them again for my environmental diploma.

I recently studied NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management with RRC. This is the second time I have studied with RRC - first time in 2021 for the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
As previously I opted for the online study, which is not really very 'online' at all. The PC based study is basically a reproduction of the study texts. Although, I felt there was a slight improvement with some of the content available.
Once again, at no point do you receive any feedback from answers you submit into the forums. You can see what other people have written once you have submitted your own piece, but there is nothing to tell you if you are correct or have gone off on a tangent.
I entered my mock exam in good time - but received no answer until on the day of my actual exam when I complained and received a hastily marked mock within an hour.
The only other time I contacted a tutor it took them over two weeks to respond by which time good old Google had answered the question for me.
The content of the study materials though is accurate, and it is more than sufficient to get you through your exams. The only thing that was missing in the environmental cert studies in comparison to the health and safety was the online revision tutorial. If one of those is available to you I recommend you use it - in this instance the RRC tutor cannot be faulted.
So I have now passed 2 NEBOSH certs through studying with RRC. I recommend them, if, like me - you are happy to study alone and do not require much in the way of support. If you expect answers, feedback, and a general two way system before sitting your exams then RRC would not be for you.

Offline syllabus was a great experience. No internet needed.

I found the tutor at RRC very knowledgeable and supportive. If there were questions from the group he explained in different ways and ensured that everyone understood. He provided a lot of material that further explained the different topics discussed.
The design of the trainer platform was good and it was easy to find what you needed.

I completed the NEBOSH HSE process safety management course, RRC interface was easy to use and the course materials were very informative, I would use RRC again in the future.

Absolutely disgusted with how I’ve been treated from this organisation! I sat an exam on the 7th Dec OBE. Nebosh messed up with removing my access to submit due to there technical issues and incompetence. I submitted on time but now been told I missed the deadline. This is unacceptable and Nebosh need to make it right! I will be escalating a complaint re their code of practice ISO 9001 and raising a formal complaint under DDA 1995.
To those with disabilities I can honestly say they are very inconsiderate to individuals that are at a disadvantage, there is evidence to show this and a legal claim will be made against them.

The study material was very friendly and covered almost all required by the NEBOSH syllabus for the 2015 year. However, sometimes I observed that some themes/topics were not covered in full detail. The samples and lessons learned within the material were very beneficial, as brought the practical perspective of some H&S aspects. Also, I recognized that some aspects were too detailed even though the NEBOSH syllabus requires only some awareness on the matter. Recommended to have better consistency with the syllabus. But anyway, the RRC study material was found to me very useful and beneficial. I appreciate all RRC Team's efforts and support from their side throughout my study. I wish RRC Team the prosperity and all success in all matters.

For the Nebosh International Environmental Diploma, the ED1 coursework was brilliant,with good study materials, quizzes, excercises and videos. I found the site easy to navigate, and was great for exam revision too (exam tips, revision exercises etc).

The part where I felt RRC could really improve on, is in providing more meaningful support in preparation for the IDEM2 practical component. Apart from a few tips, more could be done to support learners in understanding the requirements of the assignment better and in selecting the place/section of place for the EMS review - as well as, reviewing the assignment plans and letting learners know whether they are on track or not earlier on in the assignment. The preparation for the IDEM2 assignment, in my view, should begin with the initial ED1 coursework.

Good customer support and clarity at every stage. A transparent institute with a quality material and tutor support.

The NEBOSH training has given me a certain legitimacy among my HSE peers. Many managers and employees now refer to me when it comes to HSE issues.
The study was not easy. I was already managing the HSE department, so I was very busy. In addition to my professional obligations, I had to take care of my family (I have a wife and children that I have to take to school every day). I also have responsibilities at the church .
Fortunately, the RRC accompanied me well during the training. The course provided by the RRC was very elaborate, clear and comprehensive (all questions required on the NEBOSH exams are covered in the course). On the other hand, there is the RRC forum which is a very enriching online exchange space. I also appreciated the support of the RRC instructors. They went out of their way to address all my concerns.

RRC are a very good learning provider. I studied a distance learning course as this was all I could afford. RRC course content was great and the tutors second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending RRC.

RRC has made considerable effort to produce reading materials that are simple to understand. Links are also provided for further studies. The tutor, Mr. John Binns, is a very good instructor, and all this makes learning an interesting experience.

RRC International is a leading health and safety learning partner for NEBOSH examinations, its resources were quite robust and helpful in preparing for my assessment and l will strongly recommend RRC to anyone who is aspiring to be health and safety professional.

RRC is a wonderful place of study, the tutors proactively support student with relevant information to achieve their grades in their learning of nebosh certificate level, I never thought I will be studying for the diploma after the General certificate, but, RRC tutor supporting initiatives has given me the boost to start making plans to get enrolled into the national diploma already. RRC is a great place to undertake your nebosh courses, always communicating with student with updates regarding your level of study. A trial will definitely convince you, believe me.

Well structured material and guide to learning. It was easy to get help from Tutors and the technical team. Prompt communication and feedback was a hallmark of both IG1 and IG2. IG2 was more technical as it is a practical course. If you want to take the course try and make sure you have ample time to learn.

Revise, revise, revise especially for IG1 (it is an OBE but without revision you may find yourself struggling to locate reading materials to guide your answers).

Prepare in advance your approach to IG2 as soon as you commence. Use the additional reading links/guide often to gain a broader understanding of the learning materials. Ask for clarifications from the tutors; no assumptions.

RRC is an institution of its own uniqueness, it has one of the best values, tutors and the staff responds to queries promptly and will leave no question unanswered. The team motivated, mentored and coached me to the end, I almost gave up pursuing NEBOSH DIP after getting a refer on my first attempt but the support from the RRC team motivated me to to work harder until I achieved my dreams, I took my own pace and they gave me a humble time with all the support until I complete all the units. Try RRC for those who want to succeed, it's a sure bet.
