Studying at RRC is a very great experience even though I am from the Caribbean when I have queries or any uncertainties I receive rapid response from RRC and my Tutor Habib Mohamed who is very knowledgeable in the health and safety field every questioned ask to my tutor was answered and I understood very well after his explanation he is very helpful my tutor is a motivation to me because he is kind and willing to help clear up any uncertainties I might have been facing Because of my tutor as well I am willing to go further with RRC when I complete my foundation in health and safety.

needed information and in-depth understanding of health and safety principles, practices and processes that make the robust organisation of wellness and care

Had to take the exam twice as it was marked incorrectly by 17% the first time. The initial virtual training was decent but then after failing the exam, the follow up help and guidance was utterly useless. If you want assistance with where you went wrong on an exam they simply cannot give it, and just use the same excuse that they don't have the NEBOSH marking scheme so can't help you. Multiple people on the course struggled to know where they had gone wrong with the exam and how to rectify it to retake the exam. The worst part was I had actually passed the first time comfortably and the two tutors and the RRC couldn't even realise that there was clearly a mistake and advised me to retake the exam, wasting a lot of time, stress and effort which I won't get back. Really disappointing, not even an apology and the company I work for have already decided to not use them again and I would advise you not to.

The NEBOSH Diploma is a rigorous course, but RRC International has made it a great experience. The study books provided by the institution are of high quality and well-structured, making it easier for students to grasp complex concepts. I found these resources to be incredibly helpful in my learning journey.

Furthermore, the customer service team at RRC International is outstanding. They are always willing to assist and provide guidance whenever needed. They ensure that students have a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout their studies.

I would also like to express my appreciation for Zoe Neasham as my ID1 instructor. Her extensive knowledge and teaching style made the intense course much more enjoyable. She created an engaging learning environment and facilitated interesting discussions. Additionally, the online course allowed me to interact with colleagues from different nationalities, broadening my perspective and adding value to my learning experience.

I am also grateful to Hasan Alaradi, who interviewed me for the ID1 Exam. His insights and valuable information helped me better understand the exam requirements and boosted my confidence. Similarly, Habib Mohammed, who interviewed me for the ID3 Exam, was instrumental in pushing me to challenge myself. Their support and encouragement were pivotal in my success.

I attended the classroom based NEBOSH diploma in London.
Outstanding course from start to finish, the joining instructions and all learner materials were despatched on time and there was a lot is supplementary information about the road to the qualification on the RRC learner portal.
The first module was held during Covid restrictions and that was really well managed in a well ventilated room.
The tutor for all three modules (six weeks) was Ollie Reed. Ollie is an exceptional tutor who brought his wide ranging knowledge and experience to every session which really brought the subject to life. He got the course to bond and ensured that no one felt like an outsider. Ollie was always available to answer questions (except during assignment time) and he gave his own time willingly to help.

RRC were extremely efficient with all joining instructions and exceptionally helpful with any queries. They sprang into action during a panicked spell when my internet went down just as I was due to submit my paper just before the deadline. Superb student support.
The tutor for my 6 weeks classroom studies was Mr “Ollie” Read. The effort Ollie put in was exceptional to all students and he supported the RRC course guide (which was v.good) with his own examples to really demonstrate the complex issues being learnt. Ollie was always on hand outside of the exam periods to take a call, send additional information or to explain any difficult subjects. All in the class really appreciated the care provided by Ollie who really went above and beyond to get all learners their pass grades. His knowledge was second to none and his teaching style was inclusive, inviting and easy to learn by.
Both RRC and Ollie as a tutor was exceptional and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Clear and Transparent Dealings

Was really insightful training , by knowledgeable tutors. The course was split into two modules, one the scenario and the other the RA. Both interesting and i have learnt traits that i will take into my working life.

Really good way of learning via Zoom/Teams and Breakout Rooms. Gave me a really good structure to complete the course as well as the learning aids provided at the end of each day. Thanks to all at RCC
