If I could give them a minus score, I would. Just rude, inefficient - even the frst impression of the pharmacy is that it is a mess. Shelves littered with odd and dishevelled products and that is before you even get to the rudest staff imaginable. There is a guy on the counter who must hate his job (if he is there because he often goes walkabout and even his colleagues are hunting him down) as he is so blunt and rude when you ask for a prescription. He needs customer service basic training. if you don't like your job, do something else. The staff behind the scenes are constantly laughing and joking, despite the queues and we are all waiting and waiting. If this is not bad enough, they never answer the phone. Never. I have phoned direct and I have phoned through the hospital switchboard. Indeed, I have phoned 17 TIMES in the last four working days and not one time has someone picked up the phone. We even tested it once when we were in the pharmacy, when they were mucking about behind the counter - someone could have stopped messing about and picked up the phone and helped a customer, but no. They have the NHS contract, so what the hell, they just keep getting the money and that's about it. The NHS should seriously review this agreement. Their service is worse than terrible.

Collecting prescriptions is so easy not a long waiting time either which is always a plus. Great variety of products on the shelves for self care as well

This service was great. It is simple and efficient. Pharmacist was always pleasant and very helpful and supportive.

I can only say praises about the service and about the staff. For two years I have been getting my medication fortnightly and they are extremely helpful and understanding. Several times I got confused and even desperate as it is quite hard to keep track of my orderds. In any emergency situation they sorted out my order.
One more thing which also shows their excellent customer service skills and the fact that they actually do care is that they already recognise my name on the phone. All in all I can only recommend the pharmacy.

Visited today for suspected tonsillitis. This Pharmacy does Pharmacy first and I was seen quickly. The pharmacist Haroon and other members of staff were brilliant, I was in and out with in minutes with antibiotic's no long waiting to be seen by a doctors and excellent service.

For the fifth time in a row I have arrived to collect a prescription at the opening time of 8am and for the fifth time in a row they have not opened on time. Always opening at about 8.06am with no apology. I have raised this via email to their head office and received no reply. This time I raised it with the staff who were there and was told by the pharmacist that this was ‘life’ and that if I know they open late I should arrive later! I replied that the simple solution would be to change their opening hours sign to 8.10 so at least it’s honest and I would know to make plans to be delayed arriving at work. The sad thing is if the pharmacist had shown an ounce of decent manners and understanding I would have been less likely to complain.

I have never come across such a vile place, fully lacking in compassion and delivery, making cancer patients or disabled patients wait for hours for vital medicine. You have to be a special kind of heartless to work there. Just when you think things couldn't get any worse.

If you're ever thinking about working in a pharmacy make sure it isn't this one. They allow and protect staff members who treat their fellow colleagues terribly, even after copious amounts of evidence of this and false accusations. Bearing in mind said "person" is almost 70 and clearly should know better. Treat good hard working staff like rubbish. Management should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely outrageous behaviour.

It has been a very easy process andi I feel as safe dealing with Kai as I would do with my GP. He is very clear in his explanations and really listens.

Great staff working tirelessly for the public in less than ideal surroundings. This Pharmacy branch is way too small for the village it serves and staff have to negotiate boxes and crates all over the floor sorting out the prescriptions- a H&S nightmare.

Rowlands in Tayport are superb, professional and efficient. We actually live in Newport and because of the terrible experiences we had there we now drive past that Rowlands to go to Tayport….

Kai is very friendly and approachable and treats me with respect

I was recently in to see the pharmacist (Suzanne) at Numark pharmacy on alberta avenue, east kilbride.
I honestly cannot recommend Suzanne enough. She is the most sincere, friendly and attentive medical professional that I have ever met. She actively listened to my issues and had great patience when I explained what was wrong. She then advocated for me at my GP practice, where I was able to get an appointment and antibiotics as I had a bad lung infection. Without Suzanne's help, I would have not been able to get a GP appointment to be assessed and recieve the help I needed. She then helped me at a later date with something else. I really cant recommend the staff and in particular Suzanne any further. She is absolutely excellent and a credit to the company/pharmacist profession. Thank you again Suzanne.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over a year now, and there has definitely been a huge improvement. The staff are efficient, accommodating, and helpful — especially the manager, Kyle, who really helped me when I was struggling to get medication for my dad

The staff were friendly and very helpful at the Farnham branch. Especially the lady, sorry, don’t know your name, who went above and beyond to complete my prescription and secure some future supplies. Thank you so much!
Yes they are busy but note the huge amount of prescriptions they fill!
This is now my nominated pharmacy and I live a 40min drive away.
