There was a problem with your exchange as you didn't explain (include a note, call or email) to state you wanted a different size. So when the item returned here with only your postcode on a note, you were refunded within the hour.
I am pleased to see you now have the size you require.
The current exchange procedure is to return to the address provided with a note inside stating whether you require an exchange or refund. These are acted upon as soon as received back here.

Sorry to read this, I have just checked this order and, the order you placed was for 5 x 12" basket liners (product title/description: '12" (30cm) Hanging Basket coir, Coco Coconut Liner Smart Garden').
These are coir coconut for around £3 each for this size. The metal hanging baskets are available with liners but this is not what you ordered.
You are welcome to return any order for a refund as long as it is in unused condition.
I don't feel this 1 star review is fair as I sent exactly what you ordered in good time, but I have no control over that.
I hope you have a successful growing season and, as I say, if you want to return them for a refund you can.

I have checked the tracking and this is estimated to be delivered tomorrow (12th), ahead of schedule (14th). This has been handed to the courier on the 9th, the same day you placed the order. Please check your emails for notification of dispatch and tracking.
