Ordered ladies sandals on 5th July received email saying on the way. It's now 1st August no information about delivery. Have sent 2 emails no reply. Tried to track it just saying No Order. Don't waste your time with this company just waste of your money.

Rosie styler London it’s totally fraud & cheating 😡I did place the Oder with Apple Pay they charged me 2 time and send only one set .😡so many times email to them But response.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻kindly Naver pay this Fake company they cheated customers , even not expect their Mistake no tracking number sending nothing , steeler Steel the Money in Account because First payment went by Appale Pay , I m telling you , please be aware and naver done payment by Apple Pay because it’s totally Fraud, I have all proofs which I had so many times to email them.😡😡😡😡But not responding even not Money refund.

Well what can I say about this company apart from they are shocking they say 5 in 1 but have to pay for the curlers so took £19 out of my bank I called my bank and they said I have payed for a subscription which I never did ended up cancelling my bank card because of this to stop them from doing it again. Also found it it’s from Hong Kong. When it came the packaging was ok but when I opened it you could tell it was cheap plastic. More £20 to £30 not over £50. I reported to trading standards so hopefully this will stop them. They use fake reviews too. Wish I looked on here before I brought them but hey you live and learn.

Scam!!!🚫🚫🚫Average quality product. They advertised £39 for 5 in 1 styler. But they charged extra an £14 without authorization on my card as subscription for the curler attachments which was supposed to be included in the original item. The customer care said only 3 attachments were included in the original and the extra payment was for the curlers. They also booked it as 2 separate orders, but when I received the item all 5 attachments were in the original packing. Their pricing is not transparent.
Also the website said next day delivery, but the item was delivered after 2 weeks stating "high amount of orders".
I was leaving the country in few days and wanted to get it before leaving but it was delivered after I left the country. They did not cancel the order as requested. I had to get it couriered to my country, costing me even more.
I wouldn't recommend this product or company!!!

Rosie London claim another victim! Completely fraudulent company all the images descriptions are wrong. The shoes are clearly cheap plastic the soul is moulded terribly. Why didn't I read the reviews first? I did see another review where they had also clicked on a link on Pinterest as I did.

Ordered a leather jacketa leather on there, waited 5 weeks for it to come.I wouldn't let my dogs sleep on it.Plastic try to email them.It bounces straight back.A friend ordered the Dr Martins boots.Nothing like then absolute shiite i thought tea moon was bad , but these are ridiculous

Bought some shoes that looked lovely. When they arrived, I noticed a horrible plastic smell when I opened the bag. The quality of the shoes was poor. Clearly, a bad copy of the product advertised. Trying to return but my emails to their support team fail to be delivered.

I’m very disappointed with my purchase from Rosie London. The boots I received were not as described on the website. They were advertised as being much better quality than what actually arrived. The material feels cheap and is nothing like what was shown or implied in the listing.

Delivery also took a long time, and trying to contact customer service has been extremely frustrating, with little to no response. If the product had been accurately described, I would not have ordered them. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

Ordered leather jacket XL after weeks it finally arrived very small I mean it might fit my grandson and he is 9.
Tried to contact to arrange return emails bounce back and web site no longer working looks like they’ve done a runner

This company does not exist in London and the company is a mega scam.I ordered a fine cotton blouse ( not cheap either) and it took long time to arrive and the material is polyester and it is v badly stitched.I even feel bad to give it to a charity shop.My emails have bounced back.Trading Standard should be made aware off.

I ordered a jacket, it arrived after waiting for weeks, the quality was shocking, it’s too short, crumpled & the elbow pads are in the wrong position!!!! After emailing them several times eventually they just bounced back, so £60 down the drain. This companies website shouldn’t be allowed to be online. Also this company isn’t in the UK, very misleading company name. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU’LL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Misleading name as company not uk based. Ordered a dress which took over a month to arrive and when it did it was such bad quality and nothing like the pictures and description on the website. I tried emailing to return but the email address seems to no longer exist or to have blocked me. I believe the company website page now no longer exists either. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed

As per other buyers. I wished I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a coat, and had to chase up for a delivery date and I did get a response.
My order finally arrived today after weeks, although I wish it hadn't as it's like a dish cloth. It won't keep you warm at all, no lining, thinner than a fleece.
If it hadn't been delivered I could try and get my credit card company to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting company.
I've tried sending an email to return this rubbish and get a refund but the email bounced back.

E-mails sent to Rosie London bounced back undelivered as the e-mail address doesn't exist. I am so angry. Ordered couple of items (not yet delivered) before going on holiday on 22st December. After reading all these negative reviews l doubt l will get the order at all. Furthermore, unable to trace the order. Please, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COMPANY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I wish l took the time to read reviews before placing the order.
