Both my initial appointment and follow up were a very good experience. Prior to both appointments I was sent a questionnaire to fill out which was easily done and very self explanatory. At both appointments Wil explained things well, went into lots of details and gave ample opportunities to ask any questions I might have. Very quickly received a report after both appointments and was easily understood. Would highly recommend if you have any hair loss concerns as Wil certainly knows what he is talking about.
